I recently moved here from the northeast and have always used CVS in my little town called Sayville. The people there were always nice and willing to lend pharmaceutical assistance. This is the quality of customer service I have learned to expect and maybe I've been spoiled all these years.
At the Dunedin location, on CR-1, I walked to the pharmacy counter with my prescription after I had oral surgery. There was a prescription for a narcotic, mouth rinse, and antibiotics. Bob in the background spotted me coming and said to the other pharmacists "guess what this is?" After handing my script to his underling, she handed it to Bob. He said "told you" looked at me and shook his head. Maybe he didn't think I caught it, but I did. I can pass judgment too. His Wiley mustache, his unkempt hair, or maybe the fact that he kept twitching his nose and picking at it. Typical of someone who has "snap judgments". Normally, as a happy person, I would rise above this type of thing. Being slightly vulnerable from discomfort, I confronted the assistant. she played dumb. I left it at that. I never write reviews, ever. The only reason I am doing so here is so other customers know what this judgmental and untidy man looks like. I'll just use Publix from now on and be happier for it. Thanks, but no thanks Bob. read more
