Came in for some last minute necessities. Store is very clean. I got done pretty much everything I needed. They have Xmas candy and decor out for all you eager beaver holiday people. I haven't even gotten prepared for Thanksgiving yet. read more

This pharmacy is pathetic. It seems they will do anything to NOT fill a prescription. Constantly cancelling my prescriptions after I submit for a refill or my doctor sends a new prescription. I am not getting these prescriptions for free! I am paying quite a bit of money each time. I have spent many hours trying to get this resolved and I am still missing 2 prescriptions. When I call or go in they act as if it is a bother to them. As soon as I get the missing prescriptions I am moving all of my prescriptions away from this worthless organization. I encourage everyone else to do the same. If they want our business, they should act like they do. read more

She was the compassionate, kindest, calmest, informative and most helpful tech I've ever had while having to get blood work done. I simply wanted to hug her! Unfortunately Prescription refills have been slow, or unfilled, without any notice until visiting the pharmacy for answers. Long wait times, or no answer, when calling the pharmacy. This location was great for years but unfortunately I've seen negative changes over the past year. I don't know if it's staffing issues or budget cuts but I've moved all my prescriptions to Publix. This store has a slightly bigger collection of food products, however that was my main pharmacy until literally 5 months in a row they were having phone issues, which means I could not call in my medication. I switched to a nearby Walgreens and zero problems. There also is a skinny gentleman with glasses there who can be rude, and I am as sweet as honey to employees because I know they deal with people who treat them bad on a daily basis. I have not been there for months so I do not know if they have everything together with their phones and being able to call them, but either way there seems to be a heavily visited location or not managed properly so you will be on hold for a while. I recommend either the Eastlake Walgreens or the Walgreens on alternate 19, unless you like to fill your scripts in person and you want a slightly bigger grocery selection read more

I needed some medicine real quick and since Walmart is not 24 hours anymore I was excited that I found out this Walgreens was for 24 hours I drove about 30 minutes to it in the middle of the night just to realize that they were not open. The doors were all locked and nobody was answering the phone just disappointing wish I would've know instead of wasting my time. read more

I haVe been a Walgreens customer since 2013. As of today our family will never darken the door of Walgreens. Walgreens used to provide customer service, which the store at Bay Pines and Park Street did so for many years. I moved to Palm Harbor one year ago, and the experiences at the store at 33670 US 19 over the past year have been an abberation. The final straw was the Covid booster. We had an appointment, checked in then sat waiting. There were no other customers waiting. I finally followed up with the staff and was told, "You have not been waiting long, and we are just overworked and short staffed. The clerk who gave me the shot jammed the needle in my arm. I stated this is the first Covid shot with pain. She states my prior shots were not administered properly. Smart ass remarks from a young person with attitudes I do not need. My husband saw all this. As we left the store he stated, NO MORE WALGREENS!! read more

Great customer service from Erin in the photo area. I headed here after discovering that you can take your passport pic here. I figured it would just be easier & quicker, and that I could avoid lines. While I did avoid all of that which was great, I ran into another problem. They use a just a regular handheld cheap camera, not a professional one. The pics come out horrendous! Erin was so patient with me as every pic looked absolutely terrible. Worse than any drivers license pic that I ever taken. I thought the DMV was bad . Wrong! I appreciate them more now. She kept on trying until I was satisfied. After trying to take numerous pics of me with eyes half closed, terrible faces etc.. I finally settled on one. Still terrible, but I finally just said F it, and gave up. After some laughs between us, I think we both agreed it wasn't going to get any better than what it was . I pretty much told her, I don't even care anymore, pick a winner and go with it . Just print that "thing"! Good lord. It sucks that I'm stuck with it for the next 10 years , but at least I'm going places now. I can't wait to get the hell out of dodge . I'm out of here. read more

This Walgreens happens to be pretty close to my office, so I tend to run here a few times/month during lunch to pick up items we need. I visited today and three different staff members spoke to me and all were extremely friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be at work! Quite refreshing! Naomi in the Cosmetics Dept was exceptional! It is such a pleasant experience to encounter people who put off positive vibes and seem to appreciate the customers in their stores. I'll definitely continue to visit this store. read more

Easy in and out but the traffic may make you sit awhile. Private parking lot. Drive thru. Store is pretty clean. They typically greet you when you walk in. Pharmacy is well staffed and people are friendly. They have a 'clinic' available. Standard Walgreens. read more

Pretty straight forward place to get your legal drugs and just about anything else that you may require in your daily life. Staff seems decent enough an can point you in the right direction for what your looking for. They carry seemingly everything from bottle wine to fat burners. Store is kept pretty clean as is the parking lot. read more
