As a…read morephysician, I have had personal dealings with many pharmacies, both large corporate-owned and small, privately owned, and I must admit that the service I receive at Prime Care Pharmacy is at the top of the list. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they take the extra steps to make sure the medications that their customers need are in stock and dispensed properly. Should you have any questions, they are more than happy to see that they are all answered to your satisfaction. They also deliver should a customer be unable to physically get to their location. Pharmacy staff are actually happy to see you, very helpful and a HUGE plus, my prescriptions are actually significantly cheaper. This was my first visit so my expectations weren't very high. I was SUPER excited to have my insurance verified and my scripts ready in LESS than 5 minutes. I was in shock and disbelief. The pharmacist was EXTREMELY nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm immune compromised, so that fact that EVERY pharmacist had a tight fitting, properly worn mask was a HUGE plus and made me feel so much more comfortable. I wonder how dysfunctional companies like Medrock manage to stay in business. Twice, I've had bad…read morereactions from their compound. I tried to pay for a recent order via the company website, but it malfunctioned. Had to call to give my credit card number and waited 15 minutes on hold. Then I was charged THREE TIMES for the compound. Had to call customer service again, waited 10 minutes. They asked for a picture of the credit card bill, said they would send me an email address. Never sent it. Had to call back and wait. Another rep promised to make the correction...but didn't. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Just an awful mess. Simply don't know why my derm continues to use them. UPDATE: In fact, I was charged a FOURTH time on a second charge card.

I was taking less of my current script to make sure I didn't run out before receiving my refill when I found out that Humana's head pharmacist decided to overrule my doctor's order and not fill the prescription. My doctor's office called Wisdom Pharmacy and, after speaking with Moe, had my prescription transferred and filled that day, just before I was completely out. I'd give more stars if I could.
