    Kabab City Bowl with Chicken
    Garrett F.

Food was delicious! For lunch, I ordered the Kabab City Bowl with chicken, which came with a salad. The restaurant was also spacious and clean. Additionally, the service was great; seated right away and food came out quick. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by.

There was a good amount of people on a Saturday night. The place looked nice and clean with plenty of tables. I ordered for pickup and my food came out shortly. Got the combo kabab, burger with fries, and hummus with pita bread. The flavors were really great. The chicken and beef kabob were a bit dry. The side salad and the fries were also good. I think the hummus stole the show, though. I also got the baklava, and it just looked small and disappointing for $3. It definitely didn't taste fresh, and it was very dry and soggy. I would stick to their entrees and appetizers.

Never disappoints. This place is very clean & the staff are friendly. It smells delicious in here. It's a rainy day, I wish I had something hot to drink, but a bowl of fresh hot fries will do. This time I ordered the Kafka Burger topped with Jack Cheese. Something different. I'm eating my fries as I type this & I got some super long French fries in my bowl. I ordered a fatoush salad with my burger. Cant wait to try it OMG that was a good burger. So much food. I have some to take for work lunch, if no one steals it. I am Pleased See you on Yelp

Finally made it out to Kabob City, and I'm so glad we did! It's still new (only a few weeks to a month open), but already feels like a spot we'll return to. The vibe is interesting , it's more of a casual sit-down than a full restaurant, but with table service. It's not a big space, so by the time we arrived around 8 p.m. (they close at 9), it was busy. Seating feels a little in-between , not quite formal restaurant, not fast-casual, but it works! Now, the food. Do not skip the beef shawarma fries. Perfectly crispy, medium-cut fries loaded with flavorful beef shawarma and sauces that tie everything together. Easily one of the stars of the night. The fattoush salad is another must-order with pita chips for crunch, bright seasoning, and refreshing flavors that balance heavier dishes beautifully. My salmon entree was thick, juicy, and perfectly tender, with a great sear and seasoning. My husband went for the gyro wrap paired with the fattoush salad as well, and the wrap itself was light, fluffy, and stuffed with fresh ingredients. Every bite was tender and flavorful. Service was also excellent. Our server, Priscilla, was the sweetest, attentive, friendly, and conversational in just the right way. She offered helpful suggestions without being pushy and made us feel really welcomed for our first sit down visit. Overall, Kabob City is a great new addition to the area. Flavorful food, warm service, and dishes that stand out! We will definitely be back to try more!

Did a order to go. Their food is very favorful. I always get a chicken kabab plate for all Mediterranean cuisine. They had an option for lunch or dinner style. Lunch style is flat top sear and dinner style is char coal grilled. SPECIALTY ENTREE :: DINNER - CHICKEN KABAB ($20) : The portion for $20 is decent. This plate can feed up to 2 person. They were generous on the fattoush salada, Kabab Chicken and rice pilaf. The veggies portion is very little. It's a small slice of onion and bell pepper between each chicken pieces. The seasoning was all there. It's very flavorful. I'm a bit dissapointed that the char coal grilled chicken was dry. So it's a bit hard to eat it. The garlic sauce was flavorful. Rice pilaf was great. Fattoush salad was also amazing just like I expected. Everything on that plate was good. Just a little bit dry on the chicken. AMBIANCE : the atmosphere is nice and quiet. Even if there's a lot of people there. Nice and music on. SERVICE : Fast and friendly service. The wait is a while though. I did a walk in order to go. It took them a good 15 to 20 min to get my food ready. The rice was warm the chicken was hot though. OVERALL :: I do recommend it to give it a try. I love the portion and their flavorful food.

Tried out because I love Mediterranean food. I must say, the service impecable. The food, absolutely delicious. Probably the best hummus I ever had. We got the kabob plate with beef and chicken. It was really good. The food came out so quick and was fresh. We are fans and will definitely be back!

This was our second visit to this establishment. I forgot to leave a review the first time around. It's a casual vibe you come in and see yourself at a table. The service is very friendly. The first time we went. We had a bigger party and their waitress was exceptional and very attentive to everything and we even had a toddler with us, which can sometimes be a challenge, but she handled it like a champ. The next time I went, it was just my husband and I in service was once again good. On my first visit, I enjoyed the chicken for salad. It was delicious. I also had the hummus with the pita bread all amazing. This time I had a chicken Shawarma pizza which my husband and I shared and I will tell you that is an exceptional deal. I believe it's only $16 and it easily fed both of us. Or apps this time we had the coconut shrimp and it was delicious as well. Looking forward to going back and trying the other pizzas they serve they all sounded delicious.

This is the kids chicken and rice. Very plain not much flavor on the chicken. The chicken kabab plate is very good. Everything was good but the wait was long. More staff would be helpful if the weekend is typically busy.

    Beef and chicken kebab

Wow food and service was amazing, beef and chicken kebab was tender and juicy. Best hummus and pita I ever have eaten. Large portions.

You can see the chef prepare your food in the open kitchen. The food is vibrant, flavorful, and came out hot. The lamb is tender and didn't have a gamey taste. The chicken was citrusy and juicy. The beef kebab was cooked to perfection as well. The baklava was sweet, crisp, flaky and fresh. I'll try the gyro and falafel next time!

I passed through for work so it was fine for a quick meal after a long day, but disappointing. My falafel wrap was small, the flavor was ok. I also ordered the mezze platter. They loaded it up with tzatziki but the portions of the other dips were not equal. It made me wonder if they were trying to get rid of the tzatziki? Also, they only gave me 3 pitas, which were dry, almost stale. I had so much leftover dip and nothing to eat it with. So I had to throw the extra away :( I probably won't come back next time I'm in town. It just didn't taste very fresh if I'm honest. And portions were way off.

The upstairs feels like a classic restaurant, while the downstairs has a cool speakeasy vibe that makes the experience even more unique. We ordered an appetizer, pizza, pasta, and the pistachio cake, and every single dish was outstanding. The pizza had the perfect amount of cheese for that satisfying cheese pull. The pasta wasn't just one-dimensional. Everything was perfectly seasoned, tasted fresh, and the quality really stood out. The pistachio cake was the perfect ending to the meal. It had just the right amount of sweetness, allowing the distinct pistachio flavor to shine through, complemented by a subtle hint of coconut that made it even more delicious. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout the meal. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

Okay, look. First of all, they serve your soda in actual, full-sized mason jars. Which I am…read morepersonally obsessed with, because nothing gives me a baseline level of panic quite like having to make awkward eye contact with a server every four minutes just to beg for a refill. So having a massive jar of soda already right in front of me? Huge win. Now, moving on to the slightly traumatizing part: they did not bring out bread to the table. Excuse me? I'm sorry, but if I am sitting down for Italian, table bread is not an optional courtesy--it is a fundamental human right. And it became an even bigger issue when my fettuccine arrived, because the portion size was... let's just say aggressively small for a dinner entree. I was expecting a meal, not a decorative sample. However... it was infuriatingly good. They make their own pasta fresh in-house, and the texture was honestly undeniable. My husband ordered the Margherita pizza, and he literally declared--with complete, uncharacteristic enthusiasm--that it was hands-down the best Margherita pizza he has ever gotten. So, massive points there. What was not a massive point, however, was the subterranean seating situation. We were escorted downstairs into the basement, which was pitch black. But more importantly: the stairs are completely unlit. I'm sorry, but they are actively asking to get sued. It is a litigious nightmare waiting to happen. Someone is going to take one wrong step in the dark, tumble down that staircase, and own the entire restaurant by next Tuesday. They are practically begging for a lawsuit. That being said... despite the pitch-black staircase of death and the tragic lack of dinner rolls, overall? I really liked it. The food completely won me over, and I would definitely go back. I will just be bringing a flashlight and my own emergency focaccia next time.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Kabab City in Reedley. I decided to come here…read morefor dinner based on the great experience I had during my last visit, but unfortunately, this visit was far from consistent. I usually order the chicken kabab plate, but this time I wanted to try something different. I asked the waitress for a recommendation, and she suggested the spicy chicken, saying it was very popular and one of their best dishes. Based on her recommendation, I ordered it. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy it. The dish was very saucy and lacked flavor for my taste. My boyfriend politely asked the waitress if I could exchange it for something else since I did not like it. She informed us that because the dish had already been prepared, I would have to pay for both the meal I did not enjoy and any replacement meal I ordered. I was genuinely surprised by this response. Having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I understand that guests sometimes try new items and discover they simply are not to their liking. In my experience, restaurants often try to accommodate those situations to ensure customer satisfaction. If this is the restaurant's policy regarding refunds or exchanges, it should be clearly communicated to customers. Policies like this should not come as a surprise after an issue arises. Transparency goes a long way in creating a positive customer experience. The waitress then spoke with her manager and returned with an alternative solution. She said they would provide two chicken skewers at no charge, but I would still be responsible for paying for the original meal. What made this even more confusing was that the original plate included rice and salad, while the replacement consisted only of two skewers. If the restaurant was willing to replace the meal, I do not understand why a full replacement plate was not offered. It also did not make sense that I was expected to pay for a meal I did not enjoy while only receiving a partial replacement to take home. Although I agreed to the solution, what bothered me most was the change in attitude afterward. The waitress became noticeably less friendly, and both she and another employee seemed rude when I went to pay my bill. It felt as though I was being treated poorly simply because I did not enjoy the recommended dish. This is not the level of customer service I expected, especially after having such a positive experience here previously. I understand that restaurants may have policies regarding refunds or exchanges, but there is a respectful and professional way to handle those situations. Unfortunately, I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving customer service, communication, and the overall guest experience. As of now, I do not plan on returning.
