The best around! Trevor is an excellent trainer. The only place I feel safe leaving my malinois and GSD in the county.

If you call ahead checking on availability, pricing, etc The reception desk will inevitably think it's something else. Pricing is clearly labeled on screens above the reception desk. Overnights and daycare are intermingled on 2 screens. No cash, just credit cards, be there by noon or there's a surcharge. Snarky receptionist quipped "just like in a hotel". My dogs were hesitant to go with them. My one was pushed through gate by employee because she wasn't wanting to go in. Three times, in as many months, one dog had issues after pickup. Next day vet visit. Diagnosis was pinched nerve in neck, which caused back legs to go weak. Nursed back to health & two weeks later back to Woof. He developed kennel cough. Another vet visit. Was told he could not return for 10 days. Third & last time - upon pick up he was down in hips. Could barely walk. Itching & broke out on mouth & under legs. So sad. Vet treated again, & thank G, he's healthy now. After a year or more as client, I will not return. Such a drastic change. Employees attitudes have even been bad. No more pleasantries; one even turned me away because she failed to enter my appointment. I was paying $200 a month for playcare. On top of this, over $600 in vet bills in three month period. My dogs have been home while I research other facilities, & cannot be happier, or healthier!

I have been brining my dog and cat (cat off and on when I go out of town) for over two years now. I can recall a time when my dog who is currently 11 was having tummy issues, turns out he has pancreatitis. Had an accident while at day care (he goes daily while I work) he had rice earlier that morning which made it look like worms. Tony called every number listed trying to get ahold of me and even called my mother who is also a client to track me down. He was so worried about my little guy he was getting ready to take him to the vet. Luckily I told Tony it was just rice so to keep an eye on him they had my little guy stay up front with them (with my permission of course). This morning was cold, rare for Florida causing my little guys arthritis to bother him, so they carried him back and kept a watchful eye on him and said if he was having problems, they would put him in a separate area so it didn't get aggravated further. Luckily, he was fine and played with all his friends. Every morning my dog gets so excited to go today care he does a "Happy Howl" as soon as we pull into the parking lot. When he sees Tony and Yolanda getting out of their car, he does another "Happy Howl" he absolutely loves them and going to Preppy Pet. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! :)

The extra package we purchased was well worth the cost. Our puppies ashes were in a silk bag, inside of a beautiful wooden box with her name plate. The card and coping with losing a dog documents from Pet Angel were wonderful but the custom written card from the ladies and veterinarian with our doggies paw print was absolutely amazing. Reading some of these reviews are a relief because I sensed something else. I believe this clinic caters to dying animals and/or white owners. If you don't fit that demographic, fuhgetaboutit! My four year old cat is admittedly nervous at the vet. I took her out of her carrier and she explored the exam room for a few minutes. When Dr. Fontenot came in, I learned that the clinic doesn't allow owners to handle or soothe their pet during the exam. Big mistake! They got as far as putting her on the exam table. In the hands of two strangers, she was terrified. 20 seconds and one cat hiss later, I was told they couldn't examine a cat that would "attack" them. I was stunned. But I also don't believe in being anywhere my presence or dollars aren't appreciated, so I left quickly. I've been a cat owner for over two decades (my first cat lived to 17, my current one is four and I fostered in between) and today was the first time my pet and I were labeled and rejected. Dr. Fontenot also rudely suggested that I "return to my previous clinic" which I would certainly do if I were still in that area. I look forward to discovering a clinic in my new locale that's more empathetic to the pet's experience and familiar with the variety of methods to help alleviate anxiety, like allowing the familiar and trusted owner to be more involved with the exam process. It's a partnership! This makes me appreciate my many prior positive experiences with our former clinics even more. S/O to Stevens Animal Hospital in Pompano and Riverview Veterinary Hospital in Atlanta. I know our next great clinic is out there. ‍
