I just dropped my elderly miniature pinscher off with them and I was blown away by the place. The…read morebusiness is a big house on a huge piece of property and it is SPOT. LESS. Like, literally Disney World spotless. There were a lot of happy dogs running around and we all know what a lot of dogs can do to the aroma of a house, but I couldn't even smell a bit of dogginess in the air. This place is cleaner than my own house with one single dog living in it. My pupper immediately seemed relaxed and at home, so much so I almost started crying from relief. I can't even express how impressed I am. The staff were cheerful and lovely, there were beds everywhere for the dogs to lie around in, plenty of water bowls and food bowls. It is the eptiome of luxury for canines. I took my little guy to another place that was cheaper for years and, although it wasn't bad, it didn't have the amenities this place has. He was indoors with no food or water all day, which I understand is to keep comminicable diseases at bay, but I felt bad for him. Here, there are sun decks, couches, a wonderful yard, food and water at their disposal, lots of staff to check on them, all for the doggies. He must think he died and went to dog heaven here. :-D I will be bringing him here from now on. Update after one week: my old pupper has dementia. It had gotten progressively worse over the past 16 months. He used to urinate and defecate in his crate every night, wake up barking at 2 am, wander restlessly throughout the house when I got home, would chomp on my hand to get attention, run away from me when I called him, and was like a wild animal. After one week of daycare here, he is much calmer and doesn't do these things anymore. I don't say this lightly, this place has been a miracle for me and him. I have no idea what has happened but I think not being locked up everyday (he has terrible anxiety when he's in an enclosed area and his last daycare used crates and cages), having people that love up on him, and having freedom to roam has made all the difference in the world. I am so grateful for this place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, everybody at Paradise.

I have been brining my dog and cat (cat off and on when I go out of town) for over two years now. I can recall a time when my dog who is currently 11 was having tummy issues, turns out he has pancreatitis. Had an accident while at day care (he goes daily while I work) he had rice earlier that morning which made it look like worms. Tony called every number listed trying to get ahold of me and even called my mother who is also a client to track me down. He was so worried about my little guy he was getting ready to take him to the vet. Luckily I told Tony it was just rice so to keep an eye on him they had my little guy stay up front with them (with my permission of course). This morning was cold, rare for Florida causing my little guys arthritis to bother him, so they carried him back and kept a watchful eye on him and said if he was having problems, they would put him in a separate area so it didn't get aggravated further. Luckily, he was fine and played with all his friends. Every morning my dog gets so excited to go today care he does a "Happy Howl" as soon as we pull into the parking lot. When he sees Tony and Yolanda getting out of their car, he does another "Happy Howl" he absolutely loves them and going to Preppy Pet. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! :)
