My dog can be a handful especially when he us around little dogs. He did a great job with them. He got wash, de-shedded, and pampered their prices are great. We will be back monthly to get him looking all amazing! He isn't shedding nearly as much either. Not the best photo but he looked and smelled amazing. Not necessarily a review of the facility, but of the new management/owner. I was a patron over five years and was totally happy and grateful for my groomer who took so much time and care with my little toy poodle. I received a call from the new owner telling me that my favorite groomer had been fired; but here's where it gets weird: he began a litany of complaints about her, and his diatribe continued for about 5 minutes. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Also untrue. My groomer quit. I have found out that he made the same call to other clients. They are not doing themselves any favors by calling clients and going on a rampage about a former employee. I've noticed they've asked the people giving bad reviews to remove them; no chance. To be fair, the groomers are awesome with the dogs, but management needs to rein it in. A simple "So and so is no longer here " was the correct approach, not a ranting,slanderous rampage. Jacque not only runs a top notch operation that offers some beautiful results from all her groomers, but she has a love for your pups like no other. She cares, loves on them, talks to them, and they come home happy and beautiful. Once again this owner is off her rocker. I never apologized to you nor did I take my dog off your floor. You would never get an apology from me lady. The story you relay is absolutely incorrect...and wow, I am not shocked you're a liar as well. You never kicked me out... I left, lady. I called the cops after you yelled at my kids and threw my dog's harness outside your shop bc I told you not to yell at my kids. No one was witness to your crazy otherwise my story would have been strengthened. Sure, Jacque- the holidays are busy, but then manage your clients' expectations as such. You told me a certain time my dog would be ready- but hours later - she still was not ready. And you, and your staff are wildly unprofessional; this is what other reviewers have stated and it's a blatant fact. I could care less about the video lady- and if we go to a court of law over it -- we shall see what precipitated my reaction- which I won't hide from. You literally yelled at both my sons for checking in on my dog's status; listen Jacque, no one, but me yells at my sons. They only returned within the timeframe YOU had stipulated my dog would be done; and she wasn't. And you have chairs in your waiting room- why? If you don't want people there. So after you yelled at them, and then I entered the equation to ask why you would yell at them, you kicked me out saying I inquired too many times and you were done-- and you then proceeded to throw my dog's harness outside your facility which is when I then was irate-- and I own it- I don't hide from people like you. You think you can bully people and they go running; I am not running and I relish going toe to toe with ignorant people like you. You are wildly unprofessional and unpredictable. Be very weary of this place. We took our 10 month old lab puppy to get a bath, deshedding, nails and teeth done. Our pup has never had a difficult time with getting her nails trimmed; when I picked her up, I asked how she did and was told she "didn't care for it" there was also a lot of confusion over which services were completed. I didn't think much of it until we took our pup to a field to run and I kept noticing blood--I looked her over and her nails were bleeding pretty heavily. When I called the salon and inquired about what happened they again stated "she didn't really care to have her nails trimmed" I asked what that meant and was told it took 2-3 people to cut her nails--very bizarre as she's never minded before. When I asked why I wasn't told they cut her quick they said they "may have cut her quick once, or more, and took care of it." Now things make sense...our puppy didn't want her nails trimmed because they were cutting them too short and hurting her! Also unimpressed that they didn't share that info with me--instead they let us figure it out for ourselves, not to mention scare my children when they saw their puppy bleeding. To make it even more frustrating, I question if they even did the deshedding at all. When We were leaving I rubbed my hand along her back and a ton of fur came off right there in their parking lot and I'm still needing to vacuum multiple times a day. There was also a white powdered substance on her coat. I feel like they just sprayed her with a scent, made an awful attempt at trimming her nails, charged me $88 dollars and sent us on our way. If you care about your pet, take them somewhere else. read more

My first experience with a groomer and it could not have been a better experience. Everyone was very nice and courteous on the phone and in person. I wasn't sure how my rescue dog would react to being groomed, but Megan assured me he was mostly cooperative and when I picked him up he was napping! I like that they had little stalls for them to wait in after their appointment instead of crates. Their prices are quite reasonable and they did a great job on our pup. I have not used their service so I can't rate about their grooming. But this 2 star rate is about their customer service. I have been looking for a nice groomer, then I've read their reviews, and most of those reviews are good so I went to see there how the place and people like. It was supposed to be open but the open sign was off. So I was tried to open the door to make sure it was really closed. But door was opened and people were working in there. I was kinda confused why they didn't put the open sign on. While I was looking inside, no body said anything just looking at me then one person said "come on in". After I came in but no one try to ask me or say hello to me then I walked up to the front to ask about the grooming service. The person who was at the front didn't say hello either, and the place was very noisy because people were working right behind the front desk. I was trying to tell her that I was looking for a good groomer, I was here for first time but she wasn't able to hear me because of the noise, then finally she figured that I was a first time customer, then she called another person to talk to me. The person who talked me about their service was owner, she was ok, but not very friendly, and while she was using a PC to make an appointment, there was the person who was at the front desk first was standing next to the PC was using her phone. It's very unprofessional attitude by the way. I felt so uncomfortable and not welcomed, people they don't pay attention to us besides the owner. After days, I was Very awkward feeling about them and I don't want to deal with those people for my baby, so I cancelled the appointment. I'll find somebody really care about client's babies well, friendly, welcoming attitude least say "hello" to us, not pay attention to new customer but using a phone like not interested us. When I called them to cancel the appointment, the person who answered the call was kinda rude. She didn't say "bye" or anything, just hang up. Ok, I've made a right decision for my baby then. Omg we just had my boy Jax bathed and he feels and looks amazing. They did a great job . We used Petsmart every month for the last 2 years and he has never felt like this . I highly recommend this place .Jacque is absolutely amazing. He will definitely be a regular there . They are almost half the price of Petsmart. I sent our very curly labradoodle here on Tuesday for the first time after being recommended to go here by a neighbor. I have tried three different groomers in the area (our dog is only 1.5) and have never been more happy than when I picked up Bear after his grooming this week! Not only did they not say anything about his (many) matts in his ears and tail, they got ALL of his matts out and gave him the best cut he's ever gotten! Maybe the best hair cut our Maltese has ever had and she is 12 years old so she has had a lot of hair cuts. Jennifer greeted us by name when we entered the shop, I had made our appointment in advance without any issues. I am always hesitant to leave her at new groomers but they made me feel comfortable leaving her. They called me when she was ready. I was told to allow 2 hours and she was ready in 11/2 hours. When I arrived I was shocked when they said she was napping. She is usually nervous and shakes in new surroundings but she seemed very comfortable here. She looked so cute. She recently had surgery so her hair was different lengths. Jennifer was able to even her out well. Her hair was so soft and Snow White. We will be returning for our grooming when we are in town. When it comes to a grooming salon it's all about the groomers who work there. There are great people here who really care about dogs and consistently do a great job. My Goldendoodle looks so handsome after a day at the doggie salon. I love that the dogs have a large area to wait in when not being groomed and are not in a cramped cage. LOVE that they allow walk-ins for a quick nail trim or nail grind. The owner is a breath of fresh air and takes great care of my boys.
