After having our two dogs groomed here for 8 years, we were unpleasantly surprised the last time we had our dogs groomed when the new owner jacked up the price by $40, from $130 to $170, a 30% increase, claiming it was "a sign of the times". He also insisted on charging us 3% of the total for using a debit card, which is the same as writing a check - banks do not charge businesses for debit card charges. We love the staff, but it's apparent the new owner is intent on gouging clients...sorry, we're taking our business elsewhere - "A sign of the times." read more

prior to the new ownership , great service. tried the new ownership today. 2 hours and 15 min after scheduled appt for a full groom, I was told that my dog was bathed but not yet cut and they were behind. I said that I didn't want him crated that long- I was told that she thought that he was in a playpen. I asked that she check for certain that he was in a playpen and was told that he was. we decided to pick him up as we were not comfortable with everything that had occurred. so, I called and again got excuses; although she apologized. SORRY is appreciated unless connected to a lie. when my husband arrived to pick up or pet, he was in a kennel and NOT in a playpen as she said. we will not trust them with our pet ever again. and after 2 1/2 years of great service with the previous owner, they have lost what was a loyal customer. do not recommend. read more

Horrible people! Dropped my dog once previously and less than an hour later called to pick up. Great experience. This time waited 2hrs, no call when I called said dog was ready. At pick up, the owner said I should have been told it could take up to 3hrs. I replied if I had been told, I would not leave my dog she's not used to a kennel. Then given excuse of short staff. I said I could have brought her later. The owner then just walked away. I commented to the receptionist she must be loving this cause she was smirking the whole time. That's when her attitude came and she called others to get my dog quickly because she could not deal with me. Poorly run, unprofessional, horrendous customer service. Makes me worry about treatment of animals there. I will never return. read more

On 22 September 2017 after getting my cocka-poo his rabies and influenza shot I decided to take him to the groomers because he was looking a hot mess. For the past 8 years I have taken him to PETCO. On this day, I walked into A PICTURE PERFECT PET without an appointment and only expecting to make an appointment for a later date. I was warmly greeted by all the staff members and owner and was even offered an appointment to have my dog groomed right then. I asked for a teddy bear cut and when I picked him up he actually looked like a little teddy bear. The best part is I don't have to drive 20 minutes to PETCO anymore. A PICTURE PERFECT PET is a 3 minute drive from my house. The salon is clean and very spacious. I will definitely be coming back time and time again. read more

I recently went there for the third time and really like this place. Jessica has done my dogs' grooming every time and she does a wonderful job. Always ma'am's time to have a conversation with me asking if there are any changes and she is really fast to get him bathed and groomed since I don't want my dog stressing any longer than he has to. These folks do an outstanding job on our three shi tzus. The boys always come back looking sharp and smelling great....and they don't shy away from going in when I take them. To me, that is a sign that they are treated well there. I agree with another reviewer about it being hard to get an appointment. That is the down side of using a wonderful groomer. Lately we have tried to make our next appointment when we pick them up and that has worked well. I would recommend Vicky and her team to anyone (and I have). Vicky has taken such amazing care of my 16-year old Bichon Frise! When I first moved here from NY I took him to a Pet Groomer near my home in Palm Bay. I explained that he was a senior dog needing special care because he's blind in one eye...needless to say he was verbally abused and traumatized by that experience and my cousin referred us to Picture Perfect Pet and we couldn't be happier!! The first time they did a fantastic job on my longhaired Maine Coon cat. The second time was completely different. They were done super fast. The cut was super uneven and choppy. Message received, and I was embarrassed. I won't bring my cat in again. He gets super upset in the car and poops in his carrier every time. I cleaned it out but he still smelled. I felt bad, but it's not like I can put a cork in him. I hope I can find a cat groomer who will come to my house. read more

Took our puppy twice. The first time was great but the second time he had razor burn, patches all over his body and two days later he is still acting strange and won't walk around. When my husband called they said they "would make it up to us" and said he had been difficult and it took two people to groom him. My husband told them we wouldn't bring him back and if they had a struggle they should have said something, not just sent him home with him without saying anything! All we wanted was a trim for our shaven little doodle. We were told by our vet they were good and will be calling them too so they are aware what happened. If he's not better by tomorrow we will have to take him in to get checked. read more

Highly recommend. I have searched grooming all over Melbourne was not comfortable leaving my dogs. THEN we moved to Rockledge and neighbors told me about Picture Perfect. Upon walking in I was greeted by Brittany, what a lovely, sweet young lady with a very welcoming demeanor. She showed me around, gave me price quotes which are very reasonable for all that they do!! And the salon is CLEAN!! They have nothing to hide; the owner Vickie whom I met what a gentle soul, you can just see how much she loves animals; welcomes you to sit in waiting area (which is open to viewing your pet getting groomed) so you can overcome any fears that you may have your first time. After my dogs were groomed, they were picture perfect and smelled awesome (my babies came out with my male a bandana and little ribbons in my female's hair. My babies had adorable hair cuts nails cut perfect; I watched them because this was their first time in a salon; they were nervous at first but after 2 minutes were relaxed and kissing Vicki and Brittany enjoying it!!. I feel blessed that I found a place I can leave my dogs with peace of mind. I haven't met the other girls working there yet, but I did see they are all compassionate and keep a clean environment and the shop is decorated so warmly and cute! They will be moving to Wickham Road the shopping center in back of WaWa Gas Station off of Pineda Causeway. Not a problem still close by and honestly I would travel over a 100 miles to get to Vicki and Brittany at the Picture Perfect Pet Salon. Love you guys!! read more
