They cut our little Yorkie Shih Tzu mix while grooming her. They showed us after it was all cleaned up and did not initially appear as bad as it really was. They cleaned it up and used super glue and didn't even tell us. By the time we got home, it was evident it was more than a small nick as it was bleeding all over. These things can happen when grooming, but be honest with the customer about it. The owners daughter who is running the place could have cared less when we called back concerned about this "nick" that was all of the sudden bleeding everywhere. Do not recommend this place for the simple fact the ownership is not honest and shows very little care for accidents or mistakes. The photo is from the next day. You can see the top part is where they put glue. The bottom part is still open and looks like a hole. read more

we took our 6 year old cavalier King Charles spaniel there today. we have to say that they did the best job anyone has ever done!

We tried the groomer for the first time after just getting nail trims on our pups. Our senior dog was in for grooming. We were not called and notified of the injury. They also failed to mentioned that they super glued the cut. We happened to see all of the glue when the bottom part of cut opened and the wound started bleeding. We had to ask was there glue used when we called. It felt like a cover up to us the owners. While we understand accidents happen as well as the dogs skin is thin the owners daughter was in our opinion unprofessional and lacked any care or compassion. We voiced our displeasure and said okay so what are we supposed to do she is bleeding. We were told maybe peroxide and then she got off the phone with my husband. We called back to speak to the owners and were met with the same young lady and were told they don't speak English and that those are her parents. My husband said I guess we will have to take her to the vet she said okay yeah maybe you should. The two calls were awkward and there was no resolution. No offer to help cover the vet bill. No I hope your pet is okay. Instead we paid for a full grooming, a vet visit, and now meds for this injury. In our opinion you were dismissive with the long pauses no care to even ask to see her again to check her injury especially when we told you how much she was bleeding. This was very poor management skills in our opinion. The groomer is not the reason that we will not return it was the attitude of the owners daughter Romi. read more

Classy Cuts is a great small business. Kathy, who owns it, is very personable and sweet. The groomers are great and we have boarded our dogs there too. I would recommend them. read more

I've been taking my two furry gals here for a few years now. The staff has been great, especially Mark, my personal groomer of choice. They have a credit card surcharge so they encourage you to bring cash to save a buck or two. Parking can be a little hectic at times since it's limited. read more

We had our small dog boarded at Classy Cuts before, but they have changed ownership and the new owners are wonderful!! They took great care of our our "little old man" They gave us a complete report on how his stay went and offered to text us pictures of him during his stay. They treated him very well and he looked so nice when we picked him up because we had him groomed and Don knows exactly how to make him look great. The new owners have a lot of the same groomers as before and they are always kind and gentle with the animals. The cost of boarding and the cost of grooming are both very reasonable, I highly recommend taking your dog here!!!!! read more

I just got into town and was looking for a groomer for my fur baby. I found Classy Cuts on yelp and gave them a call. Judy was very friendly and reserved an appointment with Don. It's a popular place and there were lots of doggies when I got there. However, they got Poppy in quickly and finished over an hour early than projected. Poppy is a very shy lady but Don was very patient and sweet with her. This is all very comforting when leaving your pet with strangers. She looked lovely after her cut, I was very happy with the experience. read more

Would definitely recommend anyone to come. They lady was super friendly and was patient with my dog who gets anxious. He was successfully able to get his nails trimmed after many groomers have declined due to his anxiety. read more

I brought a Boxer to Classy Cuts for a bath, nail clip, and ear clean. When I picked him up he smelled very good and looked so handsome with his red bandana. I am glad Classy Cuts included him for a simple bath with all the other dogs that were being clipped and pampered. read more

I made a reservation to board my dogs at Classy Cuts several weeks in advance and the day before my trip I received a call from Kathy telling me they will not accept one of my dogs because of her age. Kathy was aware of her age when I made the reservation and accepted it. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend Classy Cuts due to their inconsideration of people's reservations and schedules. I had to cancel my trip because of Classy Cuts. read more

One of the best groomers I have taken my dog to. They got me in quick and handled my chihuahua perfectly. He was comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend you take your pup for pampering. read more

Probably the best grooming my dog has had in 10 years. We moved from the north and usually she sheds like crazy after a bath but she hasn't been shedding at all. They did a great job of cleaning her up! read more

I'ved boarded my dog at Classy Cuts and it was a great experience. They have large areas for your dog to stay and they take the time to listen to you questions and concerns. They will even feed your home cooked food to you dog. The do not let you dog interact with other dogs during their stay which could be plus of minus for some people. I've also gotten my dogs nails trimmed here and they did an awesome job. Everything is very affordable here as well. I highly recommend Classy Cuts. read more

Everyone that I've met there have been understanding when it comes to my dogs health concerns. Aaron is awesome! I'm giving 4* , bec need to be open a little longer at least couple days a week read more

I have used two recommendations for dog grooming from a local FB group. The first one, for me, was a terrible experience. I've been putting off trying another groomer for my two mini schnauzers, but had an appointment today with Mark at Classy Cuts. What a great experience! In addition to a top notch cut, I felt these folks really take good care of the pups in their care. I feel great about this experience, and highly recommend. read more

CC just went above and beyond today caring for my 9 y/o Yorkie. Aside from always doing a top notch job grooming and caring for her, today was truly exceptional. After dropping her at CC, she became sick with diarrhea. Mark called twice to assure me that she was receiving proper care and attention. When I picked her up, she looked great! They walked her out and gave me an extra towel (just in case); sure enough, accident in the car (on the towel). Thank you Debbie, Judy and Mark for the great job you all do! read more

Overall I was happy with my dogs grooming, but I'm finding more and more scabs over the days prior from where he was cut. He was probably quite wiggly (first time being groomed and a little wary with strangers) so I can't completely blame them but one was a pretty decent size right over his eye and I wish they would of just mentioned it. They asked me to go back and get him due to not being kennel friendly... he's not put in a kennel at home so he was probably anxious being in a weird place and around other dogs.. his smaller kennel was placed on a bigger kennel that had a bigger dog under him, both my dog and this dog were not crazy about their situation. Wasn't too crazy about them stacking the dogs in kennels. I'm not opposed to giving them another try but I also may go somewhere else just to have something to compare them too. read more

This was our second visit to Classy Cuts after a semi decent first time. Never again. Don pretended to listen to my wife when she told him not to go too short on our dogs belly and private region as she got irritated last time. Our poor girl now has an almost bald belly and swollen privates. She is restless and in obvious discomfort. I would either avoid Classy Cuts or write down exactly what you need done so your groomer can't look you in the face oblivious to what you are saying and do whatever he sees fit to do. read more

This place is great. They did everything we asked them for three dogs and treated them with so much love. One of my dogs was falling asleep during his grooming. Will return. read more

New to the area, I searched for a groomer that would not only do a great grooming, but one where my dogs would be treated with love and care....and I found it with Classy Cuts. My two Shih Tzus look and smell great, and they weren't stressed when I picked them up, notwithstanding my smallest one is a handful and difficult to groom. I have my babies groomed every other week and this is where I'm taking them. Great staff + Great groomers + Great facility = Great experience!!!!!! Thank you Classy Cuts!!! read more

This place is weird. They only open in the morning on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and they have like 10 groomers together inside waiting for 10 customers and their dogs, all showing up at the same time. There is no parking, you don't know who's going to take care of your dog, you don't know who is in charge... Three hours later, same mess, all the owners come back at the same time to pick up their dogs and the person handling your pet is not the same than in the morning, no way to have any touch up on your dog, no one asked anything, if this was OK, etc. Also no military discount. I will not go back there. I don't know how this place won "best pet groomer 2015" in Merritt Island???!!! read more

After moving to the area I was never able to find a groomer/place to clip my dogs nails. My dogs get very anxious when it comes to nail clipping due to past experiences. My dogs nails had gotten really long so I decided to give this place a try. They don't have breed restrictions which is a must for me, because two of my dogs are pitbull so. They don't see dogs for nail clippings past 1:30. I arrived a little bit late, but the workers were extremely understanding and were able to clip my dogs nails anyways. I came in thinking my dogs were going to get a nail clip. However after talking to Pam and Ashley, they explained that for my dogs dremel would be a better alternative. Watching them dremel my dogs nails, my dogs have never been so calm! I definitely recommend getting a dremel done rather than nail clip. Pam and Ashley were very informative. A lot of other vets told me I should be clipping my dogs nails about every 2-3 weeks, however Pam and Ashley said this is not true. With the dremel, they can get as close to the quick as possible so going back in 3 weeks - there's barely any nail to clip. Prior to classy cuts, I would dread nail clips for my dogs. I though it was the biggest waste of money Bc their nails were never short to my liking. However Pam and Ashley were able to get them to a short length is a safe way. I will definitely be returning!! read more

I moved back to Brevard county after living in Orlando for several years. I took my dogs to a wonderful groomer in Orlando. I have been to several groomers here in Brevard and was never satisfied. I recently took my 4 dogs to Classy Cuts. (Yorkie, Shih Tzu, Golden Retriever and Chocolate Lab) I was VERY pleased!!! I worked with the owner (Kathy / Cathy?). She was awesome! The dogs seemed relaxed when I picked them up and they looked adorable! She took extra care with my senior dog. I am happy I found a groomer that I look forward to bring my dogs back to. read more
