My husband and I work in the entertainment business and are away for varying periods of time…read more During COVID our industry was shut down and home was the new normal. Sitting on our porch for an extended amount of time, we noticed a skittish, feral, adult TNR cat lurking around in the bushes. After a closer look we could tell he was ravaged with mange and in very bad shape. Months of coaxing, pleading, bribing ( kitty snacks) and patience finally paid off. He trusted us enough to be comfortable. Vet visit and treatment completed our bond grew - we became a family. Fast forward to the present. Work is on the raise. Where we in the past could just pick up and go, now it's a different story. That's where Fetch! Pet and Fran come in. Thanks to Fetch! Pet for even considering our special boy. We were turned down by several pet services because of his feral past. Fran is nothing short of fantastic. She has made our boy's world and family a little bit bigger and a lot less scary!

She watched our 5 year old cat during Christmastime while we went on a 9 day vacation. During our initial consultation she was professional while being super likable and friendly! Our cat even came out to say hello...and she never does that with strangers. We loved that she came to our house every day so our cat was in familiar surroundings. Also was great that she took in our mail and made the house look lived-in from the outside (lights and such). Every day after we were gone, she'd come to feed and play with her - and sent pictures too! It was hard for us to leave our little one but having a trusted pet-sitter was a huge relief - and the daily pics helped a lot too. We were so happy to see our kitty having a good time and excited for some attention while we were gone. I totally recommend Kim if you're in the Melbourne area! Do your pets a favor and don't send them for boarding at a vet - get a pet sitter like That Pet Sitter Girl and your pet will be so glad!

It was our first time leaving our kittens at home alone and we were nervous and a little guilt ridden. Kim showed up each day at the time we designated, fed and played with our two kittens. We would not hesitate to refer her to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy, responsible and personable pet sitter. We have booked another trip in the near future and have already contacted Kim to take over the kitty sitting duties. Super happy with her services.

They cleaned it up and used super glue and didn't even tell us. By the time we got home, it was evident it was more than a small nick as it was bleeding all over. The owners daughter who is running the place could have cared less when we called back concerned about this "nick" that was all of the sudden bleeding everywhere. Do not recommend this place for the simple fact the ownership is not honest and shows very little care for accidents or mistakes. The photo is from the next day. You can see the top part is where they put glue. The bottom part is still open and looks like a hole.
