They are both community involved and are very genuine, trustworthy people. Our three dogs and three cats have all come to know them as well and all are very happy when we return from a trip. We could not have gotten any luckier with this pair! Thank you to Fetch for having such good, caring pet sitters. We highly recommend Fetch Pet Care of Brevard.

Sitting on our porch for an extended amount of time, we noticed a skittish, feral, adult TNR cat lurking around in the bushes. After a closer look we could tell he was ravaged with mange and in very bad shape. Months of coaxing, pleading, bribing ( kitty snacks) and patience finally paid off. He trusted us enough to be comfortable. Vet visit and treatment completed our bond grew - we became a family. Fast forward to the present. Work is on the raise. Where we in the past could just pick up and go, now it's a different story. That's where Fetch! Pet and Fran come in. Thanks to Fetch! Pet for even considering our special boy. We were turned down by several pet services because of his feral past. Fran is nothing short of fantastic. She has made our boy's world and family a little bit bigger and a lot less scary!

The staff are always so welcoming and friendly on the phone and in person to my dog and myself. The boarding prices are great. We no longer live in the area but when visiting, she can always use a spa day. For a bath and trim nails, the cost was $30. Again, the prices are absolutely a steal! I was able to drop off at 8am and she was ready prior to 1pm. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of a great place for boarding and or grooming!

I'm so upset with myself for going against my instincts and taking my dog here. The staff is…read moresuper friendly to you on the phone and in person. I fear once you leave that isn't the situation for the dog. First they told me my dog would spend little time in the cage. That there were pools he was going to play in. He was going to have so much fun. This was his spa day! We agreed that he was to be scissored trimmed. No buzzer. None of that happened. I picked up my dog, he embraced me like he just came back from a war. Jumped up on both legs and was hugging me. He kept that up for an extended amount of time. Every time he got down he jumped back up. I got him in the car and he was crying, which he never does. So I walked him. He had the runs, something fierce. I found that extremely odd, he hadn't strayed from his diet at home. When he gets back into the car, all the hair they trimmed off started falling all over the place. Like he wasn't combed or blown out after his trim. I went to take a drink of my water bottle and he literally got between me and the bottle. He was extremely thirsty. Which is weird for him, he doesn't drink much. I get him home and he is constantly licking his pee pee and his thigh. I see his thigh is full of razor burn and his pee pee seems inflamed. Remember the part about not using the buzzer on him? Obviously they did. He drinks more water and I notice white foam/drool coming from his mouth. That went on for about an hour. I don't know if he ingested shampoo or something in that shop that caused the foaming and the diarrhea. All day he was lethargic. He has a tracking collar, I can tell every step he takes. I can tell if the collar was off. So the collar stayed on the whole time and it registered 72 steps the whole 4 hours he was there. That bit about playing in the pool, having a bunch of fun, no cage time. That was a complete lie. He was the first one checked in, not sure why he had to stay there for 4 hours. My dog is not used to this type of treatment. No dog should be used to this treatment. I will stick to groomers where I am allowed to keep eyes on him the whole time. Also, this is the first groomers that did not ask me for proof of shots. Which means if they didn't ask me, they aren't asking other people. Which means they can be taking in sick dogs. Very scary!
