We came here recently to get our puppies shots and it was such an amazing experience. It was very…read moreeasy to make an appointment. The check in process was seamless. We were brought back to our room very quickly. Chelsea took care of us in preparation for the vet and she was a delight. She was so gentle with our puppy and made him feel safe. Chelsea took his weight first. Next we did the shots, our little boy was very scared but Chelsea held him securely. The vet was also very nice and listened to my concerns. She even took time to help me trim his nails. They gave him treats when he was finished and he loved it. When we were checking out the lady at the front desk coordinated with our rescue and squared away the payment. They gave us clear instructions for his medicine and worm prevention. We also got a bag with goodies for our Astro. It was a great experience and we are grateful for our new lifetime vet for Astro.

We were able to get a walking visit as new patient. The front office was clean and they were very understanding. The wait was a bit long, but that was expected as we were walk-ins. Our visit to Animal Care Clinic was not planned and definitely appreciated by myself and my family…read more We noticed our cat was a bit lethargic and not eating or drinking much, she was also not using litter box. It was a Saturday around 11:30 and I knew not many are open in the area, also as she is not a patient it was questionable I could have her seen right away. I found Animal Care Clinic on google, one of the only locations open near my home, I called explained our situation and was asked if I could come right in. I was there within 20 minutes. The staff was friendly, attentive and concerned about my cat. The doctor explained possible reasons why she was having difficulty and also listened to what I had to say. They kept her for a couple hours to monitor her, do bloodwork and x-rays. Thankfully she is is healthy although with no real explanation for her symptoms. She was prescribed an appetite stimulant and we were sent home. After the first dose she began showing signs of improvement, we are still not 100% but hopefully in the coming days.

We no longer live in the area but when visiting, she can always use a spa day. For a bath and trim nails, the cost was $30. Again, the prices are absolutely a steal! I was able to drop off at 8am and she was ready prior to 1pm. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of a great place for boarding and or grooming!

Incidentally, she went on to receive enough points at the dog show last weekend to qualify for her puppy championship title. Probably would not have done as well had she not been groomed as expertly.
