Nicole and Dr Craig we're amazing, kind & caring. From the first call to the end they customized our experience. Dr Craig came to our home. Her love for people and our furry families were obvious. they educated us and let us have all the time we wanted with precious coco.

When it was time for our Sam to go to the rainbow bridge, Nicole was so patient with us. She arranged an emergency visit for Donna, the veterinarian to help Sam cross over. We had Sam in our bed and he was surrounded by all those that love home most. Dr Donna was comforting us and being so kind in helping Sam. He didn't feel anything and just fell asleep in our arms. We received a paw print and a small glass pendant with his fur. We highly recommend using Outback mobile veterinarian for your pet that is ready to go. We're thankful to Nicole and Dr Donna.

She was soo sweet and compassionate, hardest time for me, and she was so patient. Don't know how I would have gotten thru it if we hadn't been able to do this at home.

Looking for an avian vet to make a house to call to see my African Gray. I think Outback is only doing euthanasia pets at this time. Is this true?

I think this is correct, I am sorry about your bird, it is never easy to say Good bye, Kind Regards, Carola

He had severe bronchitis ( hacking type cough, sneezing, runny nose) and with proper x-rays, and medications he has been doing great. I'm thankful to this vet and Central Brevard clinic in Melbourne Florida because my prior vet didn't get rid of his symptoms on the first visit. I believe this vet is reasonably priced when you compare it to other vets, but that shouldn't be your only concern when it comes to your animal. You have to understand that the vet is always going to be a bit pricey. That's just part of the deal, so remember that when you vote, elections have consequences. I rather help animals and American citizens than illegal or "LEGAL" aliens with hb-1 visa, or any type of visa. America has plenty of its own problems as it is, imho... In the meantime, I'm going to do my best to keep animals out of the pound, and feed hungry American citizens. It's already expensive enough, inflation and taxes and to feed my 4 cats and cat litter, toys, Etc.. so FEED your pet healthy food, not cheap crap, and give them plenty of love, attention and exercise, because that will mean LESS vet visits down the road. I've been around pets all my life and if you feed them well and spoil them, usually the less problems they'll give you medically. I have 4 cats now, I try to do my part and keep as many out of the pound as I can. Dogs and cats are awesome. All animals are awesome. They are important to my mental support. I highly recommend this vet and his staff. So far, so good. Professionals.

We had an examination appointment with Veterinary Specialty Clinic to see what our options were. It was determined that the sarcoma mass needed to be removed. Was given estimates and although the estimate was higher than I'd hoped, it was not a shock as surgery is just costly. Prior to surgery, during surgery and aftercare was a very good experience. The entire staff was super helpful. Dr. Lawrence explained everything upfront and after. The only suggestion that I would have is that for the follow-up bandage change appointments that it would be included in the cost of surgery even if the original estimate was slightly higher. From my experience, I've always had everything rolled up into the estimate. It was not a huge deal, more of an inconvenience. Thanks to the Dr. Lawrence and the entire staff for taking such great care of my pet.

After 1 month, and her breathing hardly improved we brought her back to have her looked at again. The initial surgery was over $7000 and we were asked to pay for our 2nd visit for the same problem. We were told that she would need to lose some weight. That was the diagnosis. Now it's several lbs. later and we are searching for another vet that cares enough to try save this little dogs life. We do not recommend this vet and or their service to anyone that loves their animal. Your money will be better spent elsewhere. I rarely write a review but I simply had to!

Deciding to switch to Aloha was one of the best decisions I've made. Every visit has been a great experience. The front desk staff and veterinary nurses are always welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr. Pepen is an exceptional veterinarian. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answers all of our questions and concerns, and discusses every treatment option so we can make informed decisions. Most importantly, I truly feel that Dr. Pepen genuinely cares about my pet's well-being. That level of compassion and dedication is hard to find, and it gives me complete confidence in trusting him with my pets' care. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly puts animals first.

I went for an appointment at 4:30 PM. The only reason I chose aloha over the Emergency Vet on EAU…read moreGALLIE is because aloha could offer me a set appointment and my cat was in a lot of pain so I didn't want her to have to sit in the waiting room scared. 2 1/2 hours later I was still not seen and had to create a fuss to get seen. The weight at the other clinic was one hour. My cat had an abscess near her tail and was in a ton of pain. Dr. Smith glanced at the abscess for maybe two seconds and said the abscess had already started draining on its own so therefore it didn't need to be lanced nor cleaned. She did not bother to clean the wound or anything. She sent me home with pain meds and antibiotics. Well, the next day my cats wound was much worse than it was before I brought her in there and at that point, it really did start to drain. My poor baby was dripping disgusting foul smelling pus and blood all over my house and she could barely stand because she was in so much pain. I called the Emergency Vet on EAU GALLIE and they were more helpful than Aloha staff. They recommended cleaning the area. I cleaned the wound myself with a mix of saline solution and betadine, which the doctor at Aloha advised me not to do, and after that my cat was much more comfortable because her wound was actually flushed out. I am not a medical professional, but luckily a lot of people in my family are and they advised me to clean the wound unlike Aloha. I am a local and based upon friends and neighbors and family members that have gone there in the past four or five years, this place has massively gone downhill. They can't decide if they are an emergency vet or a regular vet and you really can't be both. Their veterinary care is subpar and there's no way I would ever take my animal here ever again. Once I brought my cat for stomach issues and they wanted to do a colonoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound, and a biopsy all in the same visit. I went to the other Dr. Smith who is an internal medicine specialist at the Rockledge Emergency Vet and he said he would not do anything more than an ultrasound and food trials before he had more information. This hospital is so extra and they charge you for things you don't need and the vets don't have the knowledge that they should. It sucks because I adopted one of my cats from aloha and he's a great kitty, but I am not comfortable trusting them with my animals. Never again.
