Nicole and Dr Craig we're amazing, kind & caring. From the first call to the end they customized our experience. Dr Craig came to our home. Her love for people and our furry families were obvious. they educated us and let us have all the time we wanted with precious coco.

When it was time for our Sam to go to the rainbow bridge, Nicole was so patient with us. She arranged an emergency visit for Donna, the veterinarian to help Sam cross over. We had Sam in our bed and he was surrounded by all those that love home most. Dr Donna was comforting us and being so kind in helping Sam. He didn't feel anything and just fell asleep in our arms. We received a paw print and a small glass pendant with his fur. We highly recommend using Outback mobile veterinarian for your pet that is ready to go. We're thankful to Nicole and Dr Donna.

She was soo sweet and compassionate, hardest time for me, and she was so patient. Don't know how I would have gotten thru it if we hadn't been able to do this at home.

Looking for an avian vet to make a house to call to see my African Gray. I think Outback is only doing euthanasia pets at this time. Is this true?

I think this is correct, I am sorry about your bird, it is never easy to say Good bye, Kind Regards, Carola

I came here because they offer a free visit coupon for your pet when you adopt them from the local humane society. This made me happy to work with knowing that what I paid today will be used to help other fur family's tomorrow. The staff was very nice to me. My dog was being a baby and kept jumping on the furniture in the waiting room. I'm not sure if this was against dog office etiquette for her size but no one said anything. In the room, they immediately offered my dog a treat. This is a good tactic to gain the animals trust. They asked me a few questions and gave me some advice. When I saw the doctor, she was very nice and seemed to understand where I was coming from. They gave me a few options on how to proceed. I choose the at home option because I feel confident in my limited life skills. I believe a nurse, doctor or surgeon came into the room and ask me if I knew what I was doing. I said, "I think so" and she decided to do it with the cleaning in front of me. I can't tell you how happy I was, that she did this. I would have been back in there because I was doing it wrong. I learned something about dogs that I never knew after all these years. I believe this single step made an entire world of difference in persona touch and providing a better chance of success for the animal. I require a follow up visit. The scheduling was really great! I have a big event coming up next week making time very scarce next week. They worked with me and fit me in. That was really really great! There is also a office cat! Office cat was really nice! I got to pet him! Funny thing, he wasn't scare of dogs at all. He let potato sniffer him and for the first time, I was more scared then a cat. LoL I totally recommend this office!

The extra package we purchased was well worth the cost. Our puppies ashes were in a silk bag, inside of a beautiful wooden box with her name plate. The box was inside a suede bag all presented in Pet Angel bag that was beautiful too. The card and coping with losing a dog documents from Pet Angel were wonderful but the custom written card from the ladies and veterinarian with our doggies paw print was absolutely amazing. Reading some of these reviews are a relief because I sensed something else. I believe this clinic caters to dying animals and/or white owners. If you don't fit that demographic, fuhgetaboutit! My four year old cat is admittedly nervous at the vet. I took her out of her carrier and she explored the exam room for a few minutes. When Dr. Fontenot came in, I learned that the clinic doesn't allow owners to handle or soothe their pet during the exam. Big mistake! They got as far as putting her on the exam table. In the hands of two strangers, she was terrified. 20 seconds and one cat hiss later, I was told they couldn't examine a cat that would "attack" them. I was stunned. But I also don't believe in being anywhere my presence or dollars aren't appreciated, so I left quickly. I've been a cat owner for over two decades (my first cat lived to 17, my current one is four and I fostered in between) and today was the first time my pet and I were labeled and rejected. Dr. Fontenot also rudely suggested that I "return to my previous clinic" which I would certainly do if I were still in that area. I look forward to discovering a clinic in my new locale that's more empathetic to the pet's experience and familiar with the variety of methods to help alleviate anxiety, like allowing the familiar and trusted owner to be more involved with the exam process. It's a partnership! This makes me appreciate my many prior positive experiences with our former clinics even more. S/O to Stevens Animal Hospital in Pompano and Riverview Veterinary Hospital in Atlanta. I know our next great clinic is out there. ‍
