I had horrible experience this black guy with short Afro , kept bullying me saying if I'm driving slow I need to be on the edge and I did exactly that . to let other karts pass by . Im going fast just like everyone else. He kept trying to argue with me I was very uncomfortable my first time being there... I seen an Asian guy that works there kept bullying little kids. Screaming at them calling them stupid I felt overwhelmed and I will never come here again, I would never go back here again or recommend spending your money here by people that bully you when it's your first time PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT HAS ENERGY? Happy to work there AND KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE talk to people without being disrespectful... and I wish I remember this guy name that fixed my helmet and explained to me how the go kart work he deserves raise he was nice and communicated very good !!

Loved K1 speed CC. I organized a party of 10 people for my birthday. It was roughly $90 a person, came with a private room, food, $10 arcade card for each person and a drink ticket. I don't remember how many laps we did but we had two separate rounds, due to the cars needing to charge and more groups had a chance to race. We had one person drop out the night before due to a car accident, and the manger Eric told us he couldn't refund the one person fee but I asked to have the fee transferred to a game card and he complied. We had a blast, staff were very friendly. I can't remember the clerks name, but she helped me get set up while my group was arriving. I want to say Aisha, but I could be wrong. Our food was available after our last round, though it took a little over 20 mins, it was freaking delicious! We got the brisket grilled cheese combo that came with two different wing flavors, we picked hot honey and lemon pepper, and Baby that lemon pepper was ! There is only one track so I do recommend reserving time. The more people the better. I think the max was 20 per group, or something like that. Also thank you Taylor Boyd for helping me with this reservation.

We had an amazing first-time experience at K1 Speed! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. One team member Emiliano took the time to explain everything in detail, walked us through all of our options, and answered every question we had. Even when we were still undecided, his patience was truly extraordinary and never once made us feel rushed. Jesus, who was in charge of the karts, went above and beyond by helping us capture a special photo. We absolutely didn't expect that and we know it's not part of his job but it meant so much to us. We had family visiting from Australia, and since it was their very first time, that picture is now a really special and memorable moment for all of us. Overall, the experience was fun, smooth, and unforgettable. Huge thank you to the team for making our first visit such a great one. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Horrible Experience for My Son's Birthday If I could give zero stars, I would. We checked in ONLINE ahead of time, thinking that would streamline the process. Instead, we were told when we arrived that junior races had a 2.5-hour wait. Annoying, but it was a Friday, so we understood and came back exactly when they told us to. When we returned? Suddenly it was another two-hour wait. For what? A single kid racing completely alone on the track. And the worst part? The front desk staff acted like this was totally normal. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to make the situation right. No empathy whatsoever. Just a dismissive "it is what it is," as if wasting half a day on my son's 12th birthday was no big deal. The customer service here is honestly unacceptable. If you're going to run a business that requires reservations, time slots, or ANY kind of organization -- maybe actually honor them? Or at least communicate like you care. The attitude from the employees made it painfully clear that customer experience is not a priority here. We left frustrated, disappointed, and completely blown away by how poorly everything was handled. If this is how K1 chooses to operate, especially on a kid's birthday, then we'll gladly take our business -- and recommendations -- elsewhere. Do better.

Great location. Looks amazing track is awesome. Cars are fast...Quick and easy process. Prices are reasonable. Staff is amazing. Plenty of parking. Lots of finger foods.

I would like to highlight the two team members at this location who went above and beyond to assist. Isela and Justin have the best customer service skills. Not only did they patiently explain the fully booked schedule, but they delivered the message with such poise. Thank you both for being warm and welcoming during this busy Saturday! From April & Bre

The smell hit me first: burning rubber mixed with ozone, a bouquet that spoke of countless battles fought on these very tracks. I approached the counter, signed the waiver with trembling hands. This was it. My initiation into the world of electric velocity. The safety briefing washed over me. Speed limits. Racing lines. Flags. But my mind was already elsewhere, imagining the perfect lap, the flawless execution of every turn. Then I saw it: the kart. Sleek. Silent. Deadly. I lowered myself into the molded seat, gripped the steering wheel. The moment my foot touched the accelerator, everything changed. The instant torque slammed me back into my seat! No engine roar, no warming up--just pure, unadulterated acceleration that felt like being shot from a cannon! The first corner approached rapidly. I braked--perhaps too hard--and felt the rear end slide ever so slightly. My pupils dilated. This was it. This was the dance. Turn two. I remembered the instructor's words. Brake early. Apex late. Accelerate through. My body moved on instinct, finding the rhythm, becoming one with the machine. By lap three, everything crystallized. The track revealed its secrets to me. That slight banking in corner four. The deceptive tightness of the chicane. Each revelation was a flavor explosion on my palate--bitter defeat transformed into sweet victory! Other racers surrounded me. I could feel their presence, their fighting spirit! We weaved through corners in formation, each seeking that perfect line, that extra tenth of a second. When I finally executed a flawless outside pass on the long straight, my entire body surged with electricity! The laps blurred together in a symphony of speed. Left, right, brake, accelerate--a recipe perfected through repetition, each iteration bringing me closer to nirvana. And then, too soon, the checkered flag. My final time flashed on the screen. I stumbled from the kart, legs shaking, heart racing, a massive grin splitting my face. The other racers gathered around the timing board, comparing battle scars and bragging rights. This wasn't just fun. This was transcendent. This was speed distilled to its purest essence, served at precisely the right temperature to ignite the soul! K1 Speed had delivered a five-star experience that left me hungry for more.

I gave this location (2) stars for the staff when you come in to register (they were helpful and…read morewelcoming) and because of my food (which took a while to order because the girl who took our orders seemed like she was not all there --for lack of better words-- she made the ordering process longer and difficult than it needed to be). The biggest issue was a staff around the track --this (1) girl in particular appeared to be having too much fun slowing certain go-karts down with her red remote, imo. But I'll get back to that in a sec. We decided to eat first: Food was okay-- ordered pepperoni pizza (they almost left it in too long and some of the crust was burnt. Had to break those pieces off and eat around it) and Pepsi in a bottle. My bro got sliders, wings, tots and Pepsi. His food took a while so we couldn't really eat together. Ended up sharing my food while we waited for his to come out -- which was weird since we were the only ones there who had ordered anything. When his food finally arrived he ate some of it and threw the rest away --guess he wasn't impressed. He mentioned it was "decent". Now to the races: Multiple people came and bumped me trying to get past me --never saw her slow their go-carts down but she definitely slowed down me and my bro multiple times when we were the ones getting bumped continuously. It got to the point where I just purposely stayed the last racer just to try and enjoy the experience and made no attempts to move up the ranks. Idk what the men's restroom looked like but the women's restroom had lots of gnats! Paper towels overflowing from the discard. Important to note: For as many staff as they had lollygaging around near the track you would think the place would be spotless. There weren't a whole lot of customer so definitely some staff could've been putting in some time and effort to clean around the place. Ultimately: We paid for (3) races. Ended up only using (2) mutually agreeing it was time to get outta there. Leaving the 3rd race on our accounts for another visit that we will be using at ANOTHER LOCATION. No I don't recommend and doubt I'd be returning. This review is reflective of my visit on 11/7/25 Duration of stay around 2hrs.

You can imagine that every kid picked gatorade and was over-sugared and dehydrated. I asked for pitchers of water. The arcade is a room with about 10 games - only half of which work + all of which are filthy. They are very expensive. Our races started almost 30 minutes late. Their own website clearly states to arrive at 6pm, with no mention of calling ahead, no reservation system, no waitlist. So that's exactly what we did. We arrived on time only to be turned away because the spots were already gone. Apparently there's an unwritten rule that regulars know to call ahead, information conveniently absent from their website. When we asked the general manager, Cameron, why this wasn't communicated anywhere publicly, her repeated response was essentially "we're popular", offered with the self-satisfaction of someone who sees no problem with the situation. No apology. No empathy. No acknowledgment that their website is actively misleading customers. Just a shrug and a reminder that this is "how you learn for next time." My son was in tears. What's most frustrating isn't the miscommunication, it's the attitude. A good manager finds a way to soften the blow, acknowledge the failure, and make a family feel heard. Cameron did none of that. When I pointed out that if calling ahead is policy, it should be stated publicly, she had no real answer, just more deflection about how popular they are. K1 may be too busy to care about losing one family's business, but we had been planning a birthday party there. That won't be happening. The facility is well-maintained, and the helmets were in good condition with no unpleasant odors -- something I really appreciated. The overall environment felt safe and modern. We brought a child with us and asked if it was possible to group them with other kids. The staff was very accommodating and explained the different kart ranges available for younger drivers. They made sure everything was age-appropriate while still keeping the experience fun. As for the track itself, it was exciting and well-designed. The karts were responsive, and the layout had enough turns and straightaways to keep things engaging without feeling overwhelming. The main reason we came to this festival was for the go-karts. We arrived early for Valentine's Day to do something fun with our sons and were second in line. From the start, the process was confusing--waivers and payment were handled separately, and the waiver attendant wasn't able to answer our questions and redirected us to the payment rep, who was moving up and down the line asking about reservations. After watching three rounds of racers go ahead of us, we finally asked what was going on. That's when we learned that people with reservations are allowed to cut the line. Totally understandable--but this was never communicated to us. It would have helped immensely to know upfront that there's a reservation system with priority access, or to have a separate line for reserved guests. We weren't the only ones feeling confused. Once we asked, the rep kindly explained the situation, which we appreciated. However, she couldn't give us a clear estimate--just that it might be another 30 minutes... or more. It would have been very helpful to know all of this off top instead of being passed by multiple times. By that point, we had already been waiting an hour, believing we were second in line. The uncertainty was confusing and disappointing, especially for our kids. Ultimately, we decided to leave after losing over an hour, hoping and wondering what was happening. It was heartbreaking for our boys. I do want to say--the owner's energy was amazing. His excitement and passion are honestly what kept us waiting as long as we did. We love supporting small businesses, and that positive energy really matters. With clearer communication and better organization, this could be such a smoother and more enjoyable experience for everyone. I truly hope that feedback helps, because the concept and vibe have so much potential.

They are flexible and easy to work with from the first moment you meet them. On top of all that, their prices are reasonable and the quality you get back is worth what you pay. I am so grateful to Omar and his entire team for being such a pleasure to work with!

There is a large hallway when you enter, then a bar to the left side in a separate room, and I think the women's restroom is across the way. If you kept straight, you enter the large ballroom where there are bars on either side and a stage in front where the dj was. For our particular event, there was a long table set up on the right side for a minimal offering of food while there was random furniture set up throughout the venue along with a couple of photo booths. Considering the previous years party was actually AT work, Candela was a nice upgrade!
