Parking is definitely a challenge since it's street parking only, and the outside area isn't the cleanest or most kid-friendly. But once you step inside, it feels like a completely different place. The space is clean, colorful, and modern, with lots packed into a smaller area. They have affordable games and ride-on activities, plus an upstairs toddler section with sand, a playhouse, cars, and sensory toys. The restrooms were clean, which I appreciated. The only downsides inside are the limited seating for parents and no food options. Overall, it's a fun spot for kids to burn energy, but not the most convenient for parents.

Okay - so I will preface my review by stating that I did do myself a disservice by deciding to go on the weekend - prime time for children activities - so it was a bit chaotic and the space is a bit modest in size, but there are a lot of activities for kids of all ages to do and the customer service, the front desk staff and cleanliness, were grade A. I would highly advise taking your little one (preferably during the week) to avoid large crowds. A good, fun time to be had by all.

This place is a great way to spend time with the little and big kids and do some birthday parties. We came all the way from the valley and we went here because my kids really wanted to come and It was fun seeing my kids have so much fun and excitement. Their service is also phenomenal and the people who run the place really know what theyre doing. 5 stars hands down. Great Arcades including Air Hockey, Jungle Gym, Ball Pit, sensory toys, kinetic sand, basketball, bowling. My kids won a lot of tickets and they have amazing prizes Great kosher selection of drinks, candy, ice cream as well as other kosher food and snacks

They are often closed at opening time. I hope they open on time. My kid once came home crying after waiting.

I won't be back! I waited to make this review until I had been to her pediatrician…read more I took my 21 month old daughter on 7/7. I chose this one over the one we usually go to (west la) because my mom was getting a procedure done at cedars and I needed to be close when she was ready to go home. When I walked in at around 2:30 and the staff was nice. Checked in and dropped my bag in the cubby. My daughter who is obsessed with balls wanted to go in the ball pit first. So we did that. She was playing with the balls for quite some time when I noticed that a couple of the balls she was playing with had black dirt on them. I took her out immediately and headed somewhere else to have her play. Mind you, this place has nowhere for infants/new walkers to play safely away from bigger kids. There was a baby sitting in the middle of the floor, couldn't be more than 8-9 months, playing with a walker toy while kids ran around her. Fast forward Wednesday 7/8 comes and she has a full on rash on both her arms, legs and her butt. I took her to her pediatrician because it wouldn't go away and they said it was a viral infection. I saw that the owner had said they clean all day every day but at least while I was there the only "cleaning" I saw done was picking up the ball pit balls and putting them back. No sweeping, no mopping, no wiping down anything. Just sitting at the desk. If I was you I'd opt for the west LA / Brentwood location. They not only have a crawler/new walker area, but their parking is free and they were clean!

We had another wonderful experience at Scooter's Jungle for my son's birthday!…read more This year, we decided explore the Ultimate Arena which is perfect for older kids, while still having bouncy obstacle courses and basketball spaces for the little ones. Although, many of the younger siblings seem to have infinite energy and no fear running up and sliding down the inflatable slide over and over again. We had 24 or so kids playing together, and had plenty of space inside the Ultimate Arena for their parents/families as well. The celebration room was also spacious even with all those people in there. Justin and a young woman (long dark hair and glasses) whose name escapes me right now (sorry!) ensured that we had what we needed during play time, the room was decorated and set-up ready, and the pacing of with food food (pizza, fries, chicken strips) went smoothly. We then sang "Happy Birthday" and Justin handled cake slicing, and then clean-up. They were really great about giving a play-by-play and checked in before moving onto the next thing. My son said he had the best time, and we had many parents also say their children felt the same way. Scooter's Jungle provides an awesome space for a fun, clean, and private birthday party, and takes care of all the logistics so parents can enjoy the day with their friends and families. Thanks Scooter's Jungle for another successful birthday party!

They thoroughly explained the process and timeline for our event and put out the coffee, bagels and donuts we brought for our guests to eat outside of the play room since we had a 9am start time. The kids had a great time playing and our hosts had the dining room set up with decorations before our eating time. It was great that they were able to blow up a few balloons that we brought (for an added fee) that were specific to the theme. We only bought pizzas from Scooters Jungle and brought other food ourselves, but everyone enjoyed the pizza. They did a great job serving the dessert and helping us pack up our things at the end. Overall, they provided top notch experience from A to Z and made hosting super easy. Would definitely recommend having your kids' birthday party here if you're considering it!

We recently attended a birthday party here on a Saturday at 4pm. The hosts had 2 party rooms booked. First, none of the tablets at the front were working properly to sign the waivers, and the staff won't let you through the locked door to the main space until the waiver is done for each adult and child entering. I went to an employee, and later to a manager, and they both eventually shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know what was going on and walked away without resolving the issue. Eventually, a 3rd person came to assist, but the damage was already done. I was overheated and my kid was screaming and crying his head off while I tried to wrangle him with 1 hand, confused as to why we were inside the door, but not allowed into the play area. Second, the heat. THE HEAT. It was a 90+ degree day outside and no exaggeration, it had to have been in the 80s throughout this entire place. I understand the machines keeping the inflatables inflated are probably leaking lukewarm air everywhere. However, this is a no brainer at an enclosed bounce house park, so why the AC wasn't cranked down to 60, I don't know. I think the insane amount of neon lights they have everywhere in this place was adding to the heat, too. They ended up giving my GF a partial refund on her party because it was so miserably hot the entire time. Third, the place isn't setup safely for younger kids whatsoever, which basically forces you as parents to get into the bounce house to watch over your kids. In theory, the setup is wise because there's a front door, then locked lower doors separating the entrance to the play space, then the limited seating they have available is right after that, so if your kid tried to sneak out the front, it would be really hard not to see that because he/she would have to pass by the tables of parents and somehow be let out of the locked mini doors that only employees can open. However, what made no sense to me is the number of exit routes all over the bounce house structure. I counted at least 3, only blocked off by a plastic curtain that I saw multiple kids run out of. Those curtains are supposed to be for employees only, but what kid will that stop to see that signage? Very few. To make matters worse, the bounce house is way too big for the suite it's in, so where the curtain doors let out are extremely narrow hallway-like spaces that are dimly lit and mostly dump out into the back of the suite where there are exit doors and employees-only real doors. You could easily lose your kid in this mess, and it quite literally wouldn't be hard for your kid to be snatched and taken out a back door and you'd never see that from the front of the suite. Fourth, the entire place is not clean. I get this is the culture of a place like this, so when I give this spot this label, you know there's a reason. I watched 2 teenage employees "clean" a pile of fresh puke up inside one of the high traffic areas of the bounce house with a single paper towel and a small spritz of cleaner. They then walked away, not effectively ever cleaning the mess, putting up signage, or doing anything at all. I wanted to barf, as the barf spot they "cleaned" was right on a seam of the bounce house, so all that barf just remained there in those crevices that 100 more kids probably walked on all day. Last, the party system here is as greedy as they come. We also hosted our kid's birthday party at a place like this (Kids Empire in Monrovia), so I'm very aware of how the pricing and packages of this place compare to other indoor play places because I did a lot of research on these places before I booked the place we chose. This place was a lot more expensive than other similar options and getting to observe the system they had in place just made me sad. The party rooms are in the very back, all crammed together and virtually just the size of public bathrooms. It's dimly lit back there and very dungeon-ish. The capacity marked on the individual rooms was 50-60, which is insane to imagine because our 2 rooms with maybe 20-25 adults and kids in them at a time were SO packed. We were right next to the employee room, and I could see the full white board of the parties scheduled for the day - they literally schedule parties on top of one another. You'll hear an announcement in the main space when your party's wristband color is up, meaning the party limit (I think it was 2-3 hours) is done, so you need to head back to your party room and get your things. The announcements were right on the hour, yet when we exited promptly to our party room, they had already ripped down over half of my GF's stuff and had another kid's party setup! Scheduling parties literally on top of one another at this price point is just absurd.
