They take first come first served so if you are in a hurry you may want to go in the morning. This was the 3rd set of tires we have purchased from them. They will sell you what you want, not try to force you into a higher priced tire. They will tell you you get what you pay for Not all 60,000 mile warranty tires are the same. We up graded a little and we're vary happy. Goodyear eagle are quiet and the ride is better then original factory tires. If you need tires this is a must.

Chloe Parker, Customer Service Liaison, reached out to me and was pleasant, informative, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. She served as a point of contact and helped ensure my concerns were addressed. I was then connected with Jared, who took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He drove approximately an hour and a half to meet with me at the location where my vehicle had been serviced. After test-driving my vehicle, he immediately recognized there was still a problem. At first, I will admit that I felt like he was defending his team. However, as we continued working through the situation, I realized that Jared was focused on safety, doing the right thing, and finding a fair solution. He approached the situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine concern. After I had already spent approximately $1,500 and my vehicle still wasn't operating properly, Jared conducted his own assessment, found the necessary part at a price I could afford, and did not charge me labor for the repair. Most importantly, he personally completed the repair to help rebuild the trust that had been lost. Within a few hours, my vehicle was repaired and is now riding great. I would also like to recognize the entire team. Everyone I interacted with was respectful, courteous, and professional. The facility itself was clean, welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained--including the restroom. I can in for my tire rotation and balance and I have custom tires so I can only go to them. After…read moredoing the balance and rotation they left behind the glue that is used to secure the balance pieces. I went back in to ask the lady behind the counter if this can be removed with good off she said she believe it can. I told her I didn't like that they left it and that was the end of the conversation. You would think they would remove the old glue after moving the balance. Also their prices are crazy ridiculous I got a quote for customer shock replacement and they charged over double for the parts and more hours of labor than needed. So I did not get the service done by them. Which is to bad the one in McDonough installed my original lift kit and they did great. I hate to have to go to someone else but their prices are more reasonable and they are closer to my house so I guess that was a sign to move on from tire south.
