The issue here was what I was quoted for on repairs. Extremely expensive... for example my A/C was not working as there was a leak in the condenser. They quoted me $849.35 to repair the A/C, replace condenser, relay, and charge air conditioning system. I fixed the A/C for less than $80... bought a condenser for $25 and the charge for the A/C for less than like $15 and i was able to replace the condenser in less than 3 hours... They never worked on my car so I can't speak on what they are capable of but in terms of trust. I would be careful and get second opinions.

This morning, my husband and I brought two of our family cars to J&M Auto to get various dashboard warning lights (engine warning, tire warning) checked out. Although he and his staff were very busy and we were walk-ins, Jose was responsive and kind; he personally saw to our auto concerns. He diagnosed all issues and fixed them. He did not try to sell us any services we did not need. We were treated like family. We are first time customers who were recommended to this local business. We will definitely return to this business should we have any automotive needs, big or small. Their staff and mechanics are honest, their prices are reasonable, and they are kind people.

I really wanted to give a positive review because the brake pad replacement itself went smoothly,…read morebut unfortunately the experience took a turn afterward. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

5 Stars - Exceptional Service & Honest Work…read more I can't recommend Rockwell Automotive Clinic enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ed, and he was professional, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. It's rare to find a mechanic these days who is both exceptional at what they do and truly honest, but that's exactly what I experienced here. Ed took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, gave me options without pressure, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. No hidden fees, no unnecessary upsells--just straightforward, quality service. If you're tired of the runaround at other places, do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle to Rockwell. This is the kind of shop you stick with for life.
