    Inside bulgogi burrito

This place is simply awesome. A nice little spot that's perfect for takeout. Their menu is kind of limited, but they have numerous Korean classics and some great fusion dishes. I decided to try their Korean bulgogi steak burrito. It was spectacular. Way better than I had anticipated. The meat was tender and super flavorful. It's not too spicy, and has a hint of sweetness to it. All the vegetables were super fresh and crisp. They do use quite a bit of rice, but I was quite alright with that. Great flavorful sauce. The portion size itself wasn't too large, but the price was also quite low, so I think the deal is pretty good. All in all, I loved this place. Greta food for a very reasonable price. It's a pretty perfect lunch spot. I definitely recommend the bulgogi burrito.

Review for multiple orders via Postmates. Not sure if it's because of their recent opening, but they've got an awesome BOGO offer available. This place is awesome and the food travels well. Bulgogi Beef Burrito: Every bite is packed with meat, vegetables, and flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked. Ideal size for lunch. I bought extras and re-heated them perfectly fine as well. 4.5/5 Bulgogi Cheesesteak: Surprisingly rich, a bit salty, but packed with meat. If you are getting it delivered like I did, I recommend tossing the whole thing into an air fryer or convection oven to re-toast the bun since it may arrive a bit soggy. 4.5/5 Dakgangjeong (Sweet Korean Fried Chicken) Meal Box: Got two of these and they fed us for two meals. Great portions, chicken could be a bit more crispy but that's probably because it travelled. 4/5. Overall, 5/5 for the value, a quick tasty bite for a reasonable price.

Came here around noontime after a Korean class at the Main Oakland CLP library with some friends - was a quick walk over. Menu has a lot of options, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian - I ended up going with the vegetarian "Soya" (BBQ tofu) box. Tasted great and had a great portion size! The wait time was also very reasonable and there was ample seating nearby alongside Schenley plaza.

K-Station is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the sunshine over lunch in Oakland over the summer. This restaurant is located in the cluster of eateries at Schenley Park. I ordered the Korean fried chicken sandwich and the pork belly buns. The sandwich was beautifully presented. The chicken was tender with covered in a flavorful sweet and spicy bbq sauce, Korean slaw and fresh pickles all on a brioche bun. Scrumptious. The pork belly sauce presented a little spicier and even more flavorful. The bun itself was delightful. The pork belly was good, but a pinch more...jiggly than I like, but still good. The ordering process is a convenient touchscreen system with text notifications when your order is ready.

Food is amazing!! I'll be going more often!! I can't wait to try more items on the menu. Great for outdoor eating when in Oakland. Order on the screen and wait a few minutes for perfection.

Quick and efficient ordering, and the food is pretty good. Good vegetarian options too.

Unlike some other hot pot places I've been to, this place only charges for one pot and not for the food you get. I ordered everything that was available and it was all better then the last. I would especially recommend the pork, it was delicious! I had 3 orders of it. As I mentioned before, the food is delicious! While I couldn't get a photo, there was also a sauce bar. You had the option to get a premade one or get your own. I chose to make a teriyaki sauce and it was amazing! Definitely recommend checking it out while waiting for food to arrive. The waiter was so nice, I didn't catch his name but rest assured all of the staff is so nice and kind! They are very informative and know what dishes are good and bad. Now for the part that is hardest to nail down, the restaurant ambiance. I normally don't write about ambiance because to describe an amazing place to someone with just a few words is hard to do, but I felt I had to do it for this one. The restaurant looks very authentic and it is clear that they respect the culture that they represent.

It came with 3 side dishes of bean sprouts, kimchi, and broccoli. I quite liked each of the side dishes. The bean sprouts were soooo good! The soondoobu was very typical, slightly sweet, slightly spicy. I would like if there was a bit more soup and less things so I could put my rice in more. The galbi gui was very yummy and had a nice bbq flavor. I would say the portions are SMALL for the prices. I was very suprised when it came and the galbi was the side of my hand. The bowl for the tofu soup was also very small. For $26 and $18 respectively I thought it should be at least a little bigger. I honestly thought it was a cheaper lunch portion. The food here was a pleasant surprise and the other customer seem to know the owner very well!

VIBES This place is located on the second floor, so you'll have to go up some steep steps. There's a decent amount of seating with tables and chairs. Pretty clean and well lit throughout. The food comes out relatively quickly and the service is very good. I've come here a couple of times. My favorites are the steak short ribs (Galbi), bulgogi, and the Korean fried chicken (you can split the flavors half and half). My friends and I wanted to try something new and so we got the pork ribs (they were ehh); also, the chicken dinner dish was also very average. There was only one mishap once where the fried chicken we got was cold. However, once the waitress knew about this she got us a new dish which was very kind. This place can hold a lot of people and has a lot seating!

We went for dinner yesterday and the staff we interacted with was sweet and our food came out quickly. The inside consists of two long rooms with plenty of seating available. While we dined in, we saw a good amount of takeout being ordered. The portions were generous and I really loved the perfectly seasoned bulgogi and the enormous crispy Korean fried chicken wings with the most delicious sauce. My favorite though was the chuncheon spicy chicken with cheese and ramen - if you love spicy food you need to get this! I was so sweaty from eating this and I mean this in the most complimentary way. The only constructive criticism I have is that the chive pancake wasn't what I expected - i was thinking it was going to be a flat crispy pancake and it came out as a big roll essentially. It still tasted good though. I can't wait to come back!!

Novo Asian Food Hall is a collection of Asian food, drinks, and desserts in the Strip District, specifically located in the Terminal building. There are individual restaurants and businesses serving their specific cuisine. There is a bar in the center of the floor, a non-alcoholic drink place, a bakery, and several restaurants. At the time of this visit, there were 4 different food stands, 1 tea/drink stand, 1 bakery stand, and the bar area. There is not specific designated parking for the Food Hall, but there is paid parking all around the Terminal building. Additionally, there are other options for street and paid lot parking throughout the Strip. There are several entrances to Novo - from the Terminal side on Smallman Street, from the back side of the building, and also a side entrance if you are already in the Terminal. The Food Hall is very large, and is easily identified with the signage. We stopped in on this night a little before 8 PM, and it was not too crowded. There were patrons for the restaurants and at the bar, but there were still plenty of seats all around the place. There are high and low top tables all around the dining room, and there is even bar seating in the center. You can sit wherever you please, as it is open seating. There are water pitchers and cups placed near the trash cans that are available for use by anyone in the Hall. On this trip, we purchased food from KungFu Chicken and Tan Vac Lien 2. Everything we had was good! It is nice to be able to mix and match different foods from the various stands to create a meal. I like to try new items from the different stands each time I visit the Food Hall. However, I have found some favorites that I find myself going back to each time (Fishcake Corn Dog!) The prices throughout Novo vary depending on which stand you are at. Some items can be a little pricy, but overall I believe the pricing is fair. A plus of being able to get such a variety of items is that you can share with a group, which may help to keep the cost manageable. Novo has good hours, but not all the stands are always all open at the same time. So, I would double check the place you wish to go will be open during your visit. Overall, I really like Novo Asian Food Hall, both conceptually and in practice. This has been a fun addition to the Strip, and I have enjoyed getting to try lots of different foods and cuisine during my visits. My only critique/note is that I hope that the vacancy of one of the stands can be filled quickly to add even more options and variety. I would recommend stopping here if you are looking for authentic Asian cuisine with a fun, social atmosphere. I look forward to trying even more of the options here during my future visits!

I wouldn't really call this a supper club to be honest but the place definitely carries a house music bar vibe and the back bar area and seating is very dimly lit, perfect for cozying up and enjoying a drink late night. The ladies' room was so dark, I mistook it for a storage area because I could only make out a white ladder in the corner that was being used as cute shelving. The place is seat yourself. Our waiter was not super friendly and didn't offer to give us napkins or anything when our wobbly table caused our drinks to splash all over the place. The cook served our chicken with a big smile and happy interaction and we really loved his personality. The bartender also stopped by to bus our table and he was very pleasant as well. We enjoyed the perfectly fried small plate cauliflower with the plum sauce and the fried cheese/garlic wonton bites with the sriracha mayo spicy dipping sauce. The fried chicken breast on the large plate was slightly overcooked with a maple gochuchang sauce that was very bland. We were so thankful that the large plate fried chicken came with a side salad to offer some respite from the heaviness of the fried dishes. It would have been great to have some side acidic or fresh vegetable options like Kimchi or something. Maybe we tried the wrong dishes and there are other not fried things that are delicious? The dirty martini cocktail was just so-so, not really much flavor at all, but the mojito was very good and refreshing. It's probably a good late-night place for a bite and drink.
