The move they did for me was a LOT which also included a LARGE dump run. The first day they moved me into my new house, took the refrigerator that was in the newly purchased gouse to my mothers house to replace her old one which wouls go to the dump and finish moving all my things, which was a lot, to the new house which took all day. We had agreed ahead of time how many hours were part of the quote and agreed upon price per hour on any hourly overages so all was agreed up front with no suprises. The guys were careful with all my things and worked like a tight ship together. They ened up having to do the dump run the next day, but checked in with me early first asking my priorities. They came the next day as promised and finished the job. Very well done and Rob was present with thw team ensuring all went smoothe and also worked sude by side with his team and sisnt charge me for his own time. Love them so much! Honest, cordial and very kind! I highly recommend thwm for moving, garbage hauling, moveout clean services. I gave furniture list - 3 hutches, 2 buffet and 2 ikea billy bookcases and he tried to tell me it would be 4 movers and 4 hours of work. My 67 year old mother comes over to help me move these things and i am a 5'6 lady here. We are not big burly people. BUT YOU NEED 4 MOVERS AND $1200? He asked what i thought the job should be. I said 2 guys or even one. I CAN HELP. I just didn't have a truck or an extra human. The furniture would be outside and we would travel 3.8 miles across town to where this needed to go. Up a freight elevator to a storage unit. You can wipe my behind with $1200. I will hike these things on my back and carry them. Hang up on someone else you rude man.

When other motorists reacted, the driver responded by honking and driving even more aggressively. Company vehicles represent the business they work for, and this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the company. Safety should be a top priority, especially for commercial drivers operating large vehicles on busy roads. I hope management addresses these concerns and reinforces safe driving practices with their employees.
