Booking: I sent an inquiry directly with the company due to their stellar reviews, and they were able to schedule me in for my preferred time/day. The overall process was really convenient, especially because of their flexible time window. Moving: the two movers, Herman and Aleksei, were incredibly efficient and very sweet/patient throughout the move. I appreciate that they handled both my expensive & economical items delicately. Also, I wasn't completely prepared on my end with the move such as knowing details like where to park for loading/unloading or even which items to move vs discard, which I had been dreading for weeks. However, thanks to their expertise and versatility, the move was stress-free. And a huge shoutout to Herman for his guidance and coordination that really ensured a seamless experience. Overall, this company lives up to its 5-star rating, and I highly recommend Herman & Aleksei if they are available!

Paid a little over 2.5k to move a 630 sq ft 1b/1b 3 miles and had 3, and eventually 4 movers. Overall I'd say it was good, not great When I scheduled I explained I had two walkins with lots of clothes - they assigned me three people when I likely needed more as I had a walkup. We ended up totally missing the window for the move which is more my fault but I had asked the people who confirmed if they felt it was reasonable. They helped move the hanging items (which I expect) and had me pitch in to pack the glass despite having asked for them to send someone to do this. It's not an issue but I do think there was a general lack of communication bw the movers and the ppl who helped book that made the day less efficient than it could have been. I'm happy to pack those things as it gave me an outlet for my moving anxiety and saves me time ofc but even without packing glass it still took 9 hours When I realized we were pretty behind it was very easy to get someone else last minute at noon, so that was helpful and everyone coordinated quickly to make it happen. All the guys were also very respectful and carefully wrapped my furniture (table, 4 chairs, coffee and side table, large tv, bed and heavy lifting frame, chair desk and small wine fridge). I think I have a lot crammed in to a 1B and was overall a good experience, though not quite as smooth or efficient as my previous SF moves Pros: Crew is friendly Didn't break anything, including my fancy stemware Cleaned up after themselves removing wrap and paper Very efficient by helping me add an extra mover at a reasonable cost ($50hr) Cons: Timing ended up being totally off :( not their fault completely but I tried to communicate several times during booking I had a small elevator window and a lot of stuff Pretty pricey for a 1 bed 3 mile move

I solicited multiple quotes, and off the top of my head I know they came in at half the price of Fresh Start Movers (PS stay away from them lol! They were horrible and so overpriced). White glove quality with Mentor Movers though (And I am picky lol!) The crew was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. No dragging things out, no hidden surprises, no attitude--just solid, high-quality work from start to finish. They made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and under control. What really stood out was how organized and quick they were without being careless. They protected my furniture, worked as a tight team, and got everything done faster than I expected. If you want movers who are reliable, efficient, and don't waste your time, Mentor Movers is the move. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Zach called to confirm things day before. Day-of-move, the 3-man crew arrived right at the agreed time. All nice guys, friendly and professional. And fast! Move completed quicker than estimate. No damage/issues noted. Will use Mentors again, hopefully with same crew.

I found Fast Masters Movers through an Angi referral and I'm so glad I did. The piano movers I used…read morebefore were cheap, but they also broke the player piano disc player on my grand piano, so I didn't want to use them again. Fast Masters called me in advance of their arrival to let me know they were picking up a few items for the morning's move and that they'd arrive about 30 minutes after the scheduled time, which was well within tolerances. The crew of four meant they worked efficiently. I was really impressed with how each member of the team worked to support the crew as a whole and cooperated. They kept track of all the parts and tools and remembered my concerns about the player piano, making sure to protect that area throughout the move. Seeing as my baby grand had to make it down a long set of stairs, I'm glad I had this team on the job! They attended to details like ensuring my daughter's electric bike was brought back upstairs, since it'd been moved out of the way and putting the screen door back on its hinges. Nothing was damaged and they kept me informed when they made a stop in transit. I'd readily recommend using them for future work!

I therefore felt confident to again call up Julie and ask her to send a team to move the same Furniture minus some very large pieces to our new home. What a nightmare, The team arrived and immediately tried to turn it into it two day move. When we declined, they became frustrated and things proceeded downhill. I could write 10,000 words and not describe it accurately. The three person team arrived without water, hours late, did not seem like they were feeling well as three of them used our bathroom For extended periods of time, if you know what I mean! They built a cardboard ramp to move our furniture and boxes down a staircase-despite our protests (we were on a very tight schedule and felt desperate ) this destroyed furniture and boxes, literally ripped the bars off of wardrobe boxes, all in the exact same way. Left half of our furniture and goods behind, this we have learned are called hostage loads, to force the second day move and despite a contract tried to charge us Twice the estimate! Owner promised to repair and replace Furniture late that night, as I protested and shared the extreme damage and the fact that half of our belongings were left behind . They did not follow through. Julie gaslight and attacked me! She has sent harassing text messages @10pm, as I've used the proper authorities to try to address this after her failing to respond or live up to her responsibilities I will post a screenshot of her response to me which -"was it was all damaged already, My team did nothing" We live in a pet and child free home and all of this furniture was purchased with pride when our children were in college and was damage free. She of course, does not have proof that any of these items were damaged We have video and photos of items before the move and proof of sending her videos and photos in the early a.m. as this move dragged to the 2 AM hour at which time her workers were revving their truck engine in our small residential neighborhood, In a threatening manner. We found our new shark vacuum in a yard down the street and to whomever lost their king main bed Support we have it. They left it with us! Please beware and stay safe and avoid this company,It has changed greatly. These movers will not treat your home and belongings with Care,as we believe they know that there will be no remedy for their customers as the owner stated herself! Ps: The posted photos are a very small percentage, we have over 90 GB of proof! They packed this truck about 3 to 5 feet high And then kept telling us things wouldn't fit
