I'm really glad that I gave Sacramento Jewelers my business today. It's a family owned jewelry store and I was greeted with a warm smile at the door. When I asked about replacing the batteries in my watches, instead of disappointment for such a small request, I received a very cordial and friendly response. Both batteries were installed in under 20 minutes and it was a total of $30. $15 each, and these were not inexpensive watches. I couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended and I'll come back to have a look at their jewelry and gold collection in the future.

Let me just say up front: the Cartier boutique in Tysons is the worst. Absolute worst. They don't answer the phone, their in-person service is horrible, and after enough frustration I had to escalate to Cartier at the national level. That's when I was pointed toward authorized retailers, which is how I found Lenkersdorfer and Najia. What a difference. I gave Najia the specs for my watch (which is discontinued), and she quickly tracked down the correct strap at a reasonable price. No runaround, no nonsense, just straight service. Because of that experience, I'll never bother with the Cartier boutique in Tysons again. My loyalty is with Lenkersdorfer moving forward.
