He also informed us that my dads jeweler had incorrectly replaced the previous battery, and therefor broken the watch stem and crown. We left the watch to be fixed (my Dad was visiting from SC), and received a call that SAME evening, informing us it was ready! Pricing was fantastic, but even better, the gentleman sourced the parts, and repaired the watch within 6 hrs! We couldn't be more pleased!

His staff worked with me in tackling a very reasonable budget and educating me to know how to stay within a reasonable price range. You could tell they loved the customer and had a real interest in making sure you were treated perfectly. John has connections in the jewelry world only a really established jeweler could get. He produces a quality that is top notch. He uses only certain cut diamonds and holds himself to high standard. Don't waist your time anywhere else, try Personal Touch first. One more thing, we hd an issue with a surprised move and were unable to pick up the ring and they offered to drop it off at my families house after hours, which is just beautiful. They are wonderful.

Everyone who works here is delightful, no one more than Tom Daube. My husband purchased my engagement ring through a retail jeweler and other than that we had no experience buying jewelry. Tom walked us through the process as well as every cost so we felt comfortable every step of the way. We could show him reference photos or, in the case of my husband, sketches of the rings we wanted and Tom ran with it. He was respectful of our concepts and helped elevate the designs with his expertise; all while respecting our budget as well. He was goofy, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Tom even made sure to get our separate contact information so we could surprise each other on the day of our wedding with our custom pieces. You are in safe hands here. We cannot recommend them enough.
