It is not often that you find a truly wonderful restaurant. But, K Fresh is one of those rare Gems - the food is Fantastic. And I am a very picky eater. I am 75 and this is one of the few places that I can wholeheartedly recommend. Everything is gluten-free. Four of us had lunch here Jan 11, 2022. All were raving about the service and the food. I'd give K Fresh TEN Stars if I could. If you have Celiac Disease you know about those restaurants that claim to have a "gluten-free menu". You're only safe choice is to eat the menu! I looked through over 30 gluten-free "recommendations" (Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.) before selecting K Fresh. It was the ONLY restaurant that is totally gluten-free. This has been the best food I've had in quite a long time. The people were helpful, kind, and even gave me a sample of the jackfruit. The vegan beef was amazing, which apparently they marinate themselves! My mom and I love it here. The owners here are so friendly and kind, even offering to take our food out to our car. We just moved here a year ago and I love Asian/Korean food so this is such a good place! It's not too far from where I live. I wish I could eat inside, but I understand we can't with COVID and safety restrictions. I usually get the rice and veggie bowl. You can decide what veggies and other things you want to add to it. Build your own Bibimbop....genius!! Choice of protein chicken, beef, jackfruit, or tofu..choose from a list of veggies to top...and 4 different sauces....add an egg or not... delicious!! A great place to grab a relatively healthy lunch. Pick your base and choose whether you want meat and vegetables or just veggies. Been here 4 times and the meat was bit tough twice. Veggies are always fresh every time I've eaten there. They have many great options for beverages and many milkshake flavors!!! There is not much seating available but takeouts are FAST. Yum! If you're looking for healthier take out this place is for you. It's fresh, build your own bowl style (kind of like Chipotle) with lots of options including meats and vegan choices. The sauces are gluten free. The soft serve ice cream is coconut based and delicious! Our kids loved their food and even our pup enjoyed a taste of the ice cream. Bonus! The people that own this place are so sweet and friendly whenever I stop in! They have an inclusive menu to the point that when I am doing keto and hanging out with my vegan best friend, we can come here and both get a delicious meal. This place is amazing and a must-try for anyone who is craving something different than your average Everett cuisine. Fast, fresh, and delicious! Their sauces and ingredients are unique and packed full of flavor as well as nutrition. The only thing I would saw wasn't amazing was the (what appeared to be) a new employee who was chewing on a toothpick while preparing our bowls. He was wearing gloves and used the tongs provided but he kept taking the toothpick out of hit mouth and playing with it. Not sanitary at all, and highly unprofessional. He also didn't seem terribly interested in working there or putting any effort into the tasks his coworker/ manager asked him to do. I hope he just needs more training, but there is a lot he could improve upon. The other worker there tonight (1/11) was great, professional, and most importantly efficient. Will come back again (and many times after), and would highly recommend to anyone! The vegetarian/ vegan options are amazing as well. If you prefer to not eat flesh- this is a great place!! (And the servings are really twice as much as one should eat, so you will most likely have yummy leftovers). Clean, bright, modern space and decor. I haven't been since it changed owners before Covid hit. Before it changed owners I LOVED the food here. I don't know if anything has changed so I'm speaking from very old experiences but if not much has changed you will love this Korean concept. I'm not fond of Korean food but this place is the cleanest diet you will find in Everett. Families with food allergies used to frequent this place because they could all find good food and plenty of options for all different food allergies and sensitivities. Had lunch here today and it was so delicious. I had a bowl with the beef bulgogi, brown rice, radish, kimchi, edamame, and Shiitake Mushrooms. Of course the service was great and the price very reasonable and commensurate with the quality of ingredients on offer. It was such a healthy change from normal fast food. This is such an Everett hidden gem! I ordered delivery through DoorDash and within 10 minutes I received a notification that my food had been made and the driver was already on his way. When my food arrived it was warm and made perfectly! I built my own bowl and was so impressed with the portion size, you definitely get what you pay for! The star of this show though was the sauce!! I have no idea what kind of sauce it is but oh boy it is absolutely amazing!! I also tried a side of the Korean potato salad. It is good but it tastes nothing like American potato salad; it is sweeter and lighter but still just as tasty! Small but mighty! I was super excited to learn that there was a gluten free place that popped up in Everett. Not only is everything gluten free, but also dairy free and they have vegan options as well. It can be challenging to find an Asian cuisine place that has GF options due to soy sauce and other ingredients used in main dishes. The place is located on Hewitt Ave, which is a well known busy street in Everett. However, it is located at the far west end of the street, where there isn't a lot of traffic or too many businesses and the furthest away from the Events Center. Parking is street parking, but you can usually find a spot to park. Inside is small, but works. The set up is similar to Subway or Qdoba where you "build your own" and they follow you down the make line and you tell them what you request. For this instance it is comparable to a build your own rice bowl or salad bowl. You can either have a to-go option where they put it in a to-go container or for a few dollars more you can dine in and use the hot stone bowl that is kept warm and makes your food sizzle while it cooks giving the rice a better texture. I suggest if you do the to-go to get the salad version, as most of the items are cold. If you dine in, definitely do the stone bowl so it heats up your veggies and rice and meats. The place was very clean and modern and they were super familiar with allergens. They have dairy free shakes and floats and ice cream as well. Everything was fresh and a much better healthy alternative to other local restaurants in the area. read more

Amazing. Love this place, the food is good and fresh... True to it's name. Everett doesn't have too many food options like this so glad to see they're here. The raw egg on the top is great and so tasty... Cooks while in the bowl because the bowl is so hot. Some people might be hesitant to go here if they've never had Korean but the staff here is super helpful and there is a wide variety of menu options available. Hope they stick around. read more

As someone with celiac, I have been craving delicious and safe GF Asian food, so we made a pilgrimage to Everett to try the up and coming restaurant we had heard so much about. The space was sunny and bright, showing the care of the amazing owner from the varied fresh sauces to the free green tea. You want to come here for bibimbap, brought to your table sizzling in a special hot iron and wooden bowl (dolsot)! This is served on a base of brown, white, or cauliflower rice or romaine with delicious choices of three vegan and three meat proteins (including bulgogi!). There are so many topping options that I can't list them all, but don't skip the special house-made kimchi (take this and Korean potato salad home!). And don't leave without a milkshake, either! These are dairy-free, but you would never know it. The eggnog flavor was incredibly flavorful and tastes just like regular eggnog! If you live in Tacoma or Seattle, you will be so happy you made the trip to this dedicated GF spot! We were completely delighted with the food and the experience and can't wait to become regulars at K Fresh! read more

Road trip through the beautiful north west while yelping for good food. K fresh was our first experience of this kind. Kinda like subway sandwiches where you get to see and pick exactly what you want but with a Korean flair. Starting with a base rice scooped into a cast iron pot, then a protein, and 5 veggie choices out of several options. Then it's heated up and brought to your table sizzling. Choose your favorite sauce and dig in. Fresh healthy GOOD food. The sever was delightful and gave us great guidance and the place was sparkling clean. read more
