They cleaned up everything very well afterwards and we haven't found any nails or old material in the bushes or yard. He arrived on time for the appointment, was friendly, thorough, very professional and did a great job inspecting the roof. After inspecting our roof, Matt informed us a small area on the roof had become loose. He caulked that area to avoid future roof damage. Matt charged no fee for the caulking. We would highly recommend him for any roofing services. In addition to providing roof inspections, roof maintenance and roof replacement services, The York Roof Experts also provide siding and gutter services. My Home Owners Association hired Klausmair Construction to repair the foundation of my home which…read morewas a large project. I must say, the owner Kurt and his employees are far beyond a 5 Star rating. Kurt let me know the full timeline of the job as well as an overview each day of what would be completed. Everyone I talked with throughout the process were professional, experienced, prompt and courteous. On the day that I could not be home, Kurt sent me pictures of the progress of their work which was very comforting to me. When the job was completed, a final walk through was performed as well as a personal phone call from Kurt who asked if I was satisfied with their work. I can honestly say that I was blown away by how Klausmair Construction operates. This is a premier company that provides over the top quality work and service. I wish to say thank you to Kurt and all who participated on this job. Klausmair Construction is #1 in their field.

Needless to say our car tires were in danger! When asked about this they replied that's what happens when a roof is replaced!! My neighbor physically picked up twenty two nails in the parking lot! A few months after the roof was finished I noticed three different areas of my condo had water marks on the ceilings . I contacted the condo association whom sent a handy man over to inspect the situation. He assured me that there was an issue with the roof replacement. We then contacted Klausmair to report the damages. Two young men showed up at my condo only to deny any wrongdoing! They were extremely disrespectful to me as a woman let a lone a home owner. The men told me if the wind blows the wrong way I would get water in the condo!! I'm almost positive that the wind will continue to blow and I find it hard to believe that the wind only blew on my condo since I'm connected to five other condos that had not gotten water on their ceilings! Low and behold after denying my claim to fix my water stains. They returned at a later date to replace/install the roof boot which was not installed at the time of the roof replacement! Just about two weeks ago now a shingle blew off the roof not sure what will happen with that problem!! I would like to warn anyone looking for a roof replacement to go to a professional that will guarantee their work for the duration or the warranty!! This company were so unprofessional and degrading I don't know if I would have them put a roof on a dog house let a lone my home!! Thank you!

CentralX was there for us when we had a leak into our living room ceiling. They took care of…read moreeverything we needed and helped to guide us through the insurance process as well. They got us back up and running and patched our ceiling in time for a holiday party. The guys are super friendly and very knowledgeable! We then reached out when we were ready to move forward with a complete bathroom gut job and walk in shower. They listened to what we wanted, completed the design work and gave us options for tiles and fixtures along with a budget to work with. Their work is definitely an investment but so worth it! Nick talked us through what we should consider and then kept the communication throughout the entire process. He gave us a plan for the week and followed through. Every person on this team is nice, personable and knowledgeable in their craft. We trust them COMPLETELY with our home and any house projects

We contracted with CentralX based on previous experience with one of their people when he worked…read morefor a different company. That same "can do!" attitude is the basis for how CentralX operates. They were great about giving a thorough and fact-based, on-site estimate; able to roll with it when circumstances changed ("You wanted us to use your leftover paint on the door outside -- did you know that's indoor paint? It's okay, we can get outdoor paint in that color, just wanted to check that you didn't mean for us to use the wrong paint."); able to make suggestions mid-project ("The color on your front door, we were thinking it might look great around the garage door we just fixed up. Come see what you think."); able to expand the contract in small ways ("Clean that clogged gutter? Sure, we can bring our ladder tomorrow.") and large ("Um, okay, that indoor paint that was on your door, did the gang that painted you before use that same paint on the shutters? Because your shutters don't match your front door now. Leave it like that, or add the shutters to the paint job? Because we can get more paint, no problem!") They fixed up our kitchen ceiling (which showed where there had been leakage before, plus a large hole where repairs had been needed for the leak) to the point that it's impossible to tell where the damage was--the former hole in the ceiling is now invisible. They replaced the front porch railing (rotted in a couple of the posts and part of the railing) with vinyl parts that won't rot or need much maintenance, yet looks like the old railing. They took off old wallpaper in our guest bath and painted the walls beautifully (moving the toilet as needed, something we had not anticipated but was obvious after they started--they made it sound like no big deal). They put up new outside lighting and cleaned up the area around the new lights so there's no way to tell these are replacements for old rusty junk. Besides the great workmanship, we enjoyed how much the guys took pride in their work--they genuinely were very pleased with how well everything worked out. "Would you hire this company again?" Already have! We're contracting with them to help prepare for a new gas/electric stove. The company that sold us the new stove told us we would have to hire someone to run a gas line; someone else to upgrade the electric; and someone else to modify the counter area to fit the new stove. Instead, we're hiring CentralX, who will do it all.
