Only 2 customers were in there. The staff were okay. They left us alone most of the night. They almost didn't want to take our order, not that you have to order anything from a conveyor belt restaurant. The sushi seemed like it was sitting there awhile. We didn't want to eat. We finally flagged down the waitress and ordered a couple of ramen and a bowl of udon. The noodles were good for the area. The ramen had a a couple of pieces of chasu in it. The broth was okay. Of course we ordered the blooming onion -- it was very greasy, which is somewhat expected with that dish, but this was a bit over the top. We also tried the clam chowder. Our server mentioned it was thick, which it was, but unfortunately it didn't have much flavor. I didn't even end up finishing my cup. The side salad was pretty underwhelming and seemed like it came straight from a bag. We also ordered coconut shrimp along with a few cocktails. Service was probably the most frustrating part of the visit. After placing a drink order, we could see the drinks sitting at the bar for quite a while, but our server was nowhere to be found and no one else stepped in to bring them over. On a positive note, the restaurant itself is large and seemed fairly clean. That said, with so many better dining options around, I probably won't be coming back anytime soon

I get annoyed shopping at stores with my mobility issues because the aisles are small for the motorized cart and other shoppers but then stores add tons of displays in the middle of the aisles. And I probably left ~$10 savings on the table by buying the brands I preferred. The store is never a mess and the people working here are consistently good. It feels like a "we're in this together" kind of environment where we want to buy groceries and the workers seem to want to facilitate that, and then everyone goes on with their lives. I can say for 100% certain that this is the least financially predatory supermarket I know of. Produce is the biggest example. When stuff is in season, you can tell they buy a ton of it and try to turn it over fast and cheap. Very good quality limes were $0.25 today. I don't even think bubble gum machines cost that much anymore. But I also worked in retail and can tell they do the same with dry goods as well. They look for good deals like we do, and instead of using some complex algorithm that gets their CEO an extra million, they just make sure they're making enough money, and if they are, they often give people the opportunity to buy stuff cheap. The loyalty programs at other stores will never earn my loyalty like a grocery store operating in a neighborly way will.

(a place we took our son when he was younger) So I pointed the Yelpmobile toward a nondescript mini mall. Joy Sushi is close to the little gas station and next to a Pho place (not sure if they are related). When you walk in, the place has a clean feel to it. Workers moving about from table to table and at some tables sushi was being serving on wooden boats. Cool! After being seated we were given menus which were complete with all kinds of appetizers and different kinds of sushi. And it wasn't just the usual rolls and nigri, although some classics were there, newer reimagined rolls were available. Quite a few had jalapeno, which isn't really my Wife and my bag, but you can ask for it to be omitted. Our order was served on a cool little boat! The rolls were noticeably larger in diameter than what we were used to. They tasted very fresh; the flavors burst across our taste buds. We were very happy with our new discovery. We will definitely be returning.
