It's inside the Embassy Suites, which lends a bit of elegance to the store. It's small and cozy. The service was great. Both of the people on duty were helpful and quick. The Decaf tasted full bodied. It was delightful on a cool, rainy afternoon. They have bags of coffee for sale by the door, as well as other KBrew merchandise.

I was feeling a little cold after reading ice cream and spotted KBrews sign stating that they had apple cider. I decided to lean into the early fall season and convinced my fiance to get some. It's a cute little coffee shop within a hotel. We asked the cashier if the apple cider was good and she raved about it. Granted we were a little skeptical because she works there and could be biased so I went against my cravings and got a small instead of a medium. JUST GO FOR THE LARGE! The apple cider was so good (I'm sorry I doubted you, sweet cashier). The cider is only served hot and has whipped cream on it. It smells like cinnamon and warm apples and the whipped cream makes the cider lighter and milkier and 100% more addicting. My fiance typically doesn't care for apple cider like I do but he and I were practically chugging our small cup haha Highly recommend going to Kbrew for their apple cider. If you're interested and want coffee, then I would also recommend going to check Kbrew out because other people bought coffee and it smelled so good!

K Brew is located inside Embassy Suites where I stayed for a weekend. Although the hotel provided free coffee during breakfast, I couldn't leave without at least trying one drink from K Brew. I ordered a medium salted caramel mocha with oat milk ~$5. It's made of organic chocolate, caramel sauce, salt flakes and their signature espresso. It was strong and had great flavor, not too sweet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone wore masks and social distanced. My drink was ready in minutes. Though I didn't get a chance to try their bagels, they looked pretty good. Would stop here again!

We had a large family come through for hot drinks during a cold nights stroll through downtown Knoxville. The ladies at the register were extremely friendly and had great recommendations (we are avid Starbucks drinkers - so not knowledgeable about coffee anywhere else ) - the recommendations given were spot on & everything was perfect!! 10/10 recommended visiting if your strolling through downtown. Super yummy We had 2 regular hot chocolates with chocolate whip cream, 2 snickerdoodle hot chocolates with chocolate whip cream, an iced peppermint mocha latte, a hot peppermint mocha latte, and a honey lavender latte with oat milk

Americano - this is going in the garbage. Too weak to drink.

We love to try new coffee shops. My hubby picked one around the corner - I chose K Brew. This is a coffee only review. I don't eat gluten- but their bagels did look delicious. I like a strong cup of coffee. I ordered an Americano. When she slid it across the counter I knew I was in trouble. It looked like tea. I went VERY light on the cream. This is what it looked like... with a splash of cream. This was how much I drank. Sadly - money not well spent. Hubby got his from Coffee and Chocolate- he got the good cup.

Just went to get a simple coffee, I love the lavender blend from here but today I just wanted a coffee with hazelnut! Well the server was not happy because she was busy with her friend and seemed to be upset I was bothering her! Also, I had the app with my discount but when I stated a coffee with hazelnut she instantly walked away I had to ask about my app and when I went to ask about my discount she walked away before I could have said anything! She didn't say my coffee was done or anything right back to her friend! I am big on customer service and I have been to this location twice were the service was horrible! On top of that my coffee tasted so burnt and for $5 that is not ok! I am super upset I wasted money on something I can't even drink! Honestly will probably never go back again and I am a coffee drinker! Worst experience and coffee ever! And the counters were so dirty! Not ok!

Coffee shop located inside embassy suites hotel. So rave! It's a local Knox gem! Try the vanilla latte with oat milk! The bagels are fresh and be adventurous with choosing a spread. I attended a yelp event tonight here and the staff were wonderful and friendly!

K Brew never disappoints. Our favorite drink is the Butterbrier and the bagels are always fresh and fantastic. However on this visit we tried a homemade chocolate chip cookie and Oh My it was amazing! The Embassy Suites Hotel houses this coffee shop, Wake Foot Sanctuary, Radius Rooftop Bar and Top Golf Knoxville. Wow!

The staff who work weekday mornings (especially who worked this morning 4/25 around 8:30a) are always so kind and knowledgeable! I have a dairy allergy & they've always been accommodating & help me decide on new yummy flavors. My new favorite is the honey lavender oat milk latte with hazelnut syrup. They even draw little smiley faces on my coffee cup, which honestly helps brighten my day a little more. Plus, it's in a beautiful hotel and the ambiance is relaxing!

Went here based on a recommendation from a blogger a follow, and it did not disappoint. I got a iced latte, a hot latte, Asiago bagel with cream cheese and a cookie. The coffee was great and the bagel was so cheesy! Glad I tried a new place. Definitely recommend for other out of town era.

Nice staff (2 of the 5 stars). For a large Americano you just get to pay for extra hot water (0 of the 5 stars). Lame.

Basic coffee bar wish they had more dairy, free, and gluten-free options! Service can be a little lazy when they aren't busy.

Haven't had pastrami in a while so I had to order the Pastrami Reuben and the presentation was great with how it was stacked! Between the sauce and the sauerkraut the flavors were all good and I enjoyed the taste of the pastrami when I found it, but the bread to meat ratio was so high I mostly tasted the burned crust of the bread and very few bites of pastrami. It was one slice of pastrami, not a thin slice but not what you hope for when you bite into true Jewish deli pastrami, which are normally bursting at the seems with meat. Marble rye is hard not to burn and they did a good job for the most part, but I tasted more crust than I did pastrami, and for $18 I wonder if this sandwich was more a charge for the hype. The blintzes were also smaller than one would expect of a blintz but I absolutely loved the compote on top.

I was immediately intrigued when I found her and have been waiting to try her for some time. Carson was so sweet to meet and talk to today at the craft fair we went to. We grabbed a loaf and some cinnamon rolls. We cut into the beautiful wrapped loaf tonight and it was good. But then I warmed it up and it was probably the best sourdough I've ever had! Amazing chew and texture. Great taste. I wanted to eat the whole loaf in one sitting. I can't wait to have the rolls in the morning and I'm definitely going to have to order some bagels and more bread from her. She's gained a huge fan of a customer in our household.
