Travelling through the area and had an issue with the slowest service at another restaurant we stopped in at Einstein for a hopefully quick lunch. We weren't disappointed by the service. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The dining room was cool (mid-nineties outside), quiet, and relaxing. The sandwiches were very tasty as the staff suggested. This is my absolutely favorite bagel spot outside of New Jersey!! I had the turkey and cheddar on a pretzel roll, my favorite. Their bagels are always perfect, never burnt and they have such an amazing assortment. The restaurant offers both inside and outside setting, as well as a drive-thru. The service is usually pretty good but if you get a sandwich definitely double check your order!! ;) Today we ate in and my sandwich was perfect but they re-made my bagel with schmear. The coffee is good, but the lemonade (I had fresh lavender lemonade) was a very tasty. The cost of the food is fair and appropriate. My friends and I stopped here for breakfast before we left town. We had a good visit and left feeling full. Personally, I just had a sesame bagel with the garden veggie schmear. It was good, but my bagel could definitely have been toasted longer (I blame that for how busy the place was). Their hot coffee did hit the spot though, and I appreciated all the dairy options they had for it, as well as the cleanliness of the area. Overall we enjoyed out breakfasts and experience here. If you are looking for a quick bite, even when they look busy, I would stop here. read more

I am a long time loyal customer to Einsteins bagels. Their food is always fresh and the coffee perfect. The drive thru can be a little slow on the weekend but it's worth the wait. Useing the mobil app will speed it up. Employees are always polite and friendly. read more

Good bagels and sandwiches but they usually run out of a lot the flavors quickly and no matter what time or day of the week it is, the employees who work the drive through sound absolutely miserable, which makes me sad. First time try ever and it was pretty descent . Try the steak bagel with the jalapeño bagel. Typical coffee and tea selection. The place was pretty busy , apparently good spot for casual meetings or school. My only issue the employee taking our order had no energy at all whatsoever. Not asking to smile and do do a little dance but at-least a greeting. I much rather use a kiosk to order that the lack of engagement. Food is good and will try again. read more

Food is generally acceptable, but they short you on schmear and use sad lettuce. They usually mess up at least one item per order, especially in the drive thru. Today they gave me the wrong coffee altogether. Total lack of quality control. The service is unreliable, and no one makes eye contact or says thank you. Bottom line is that it's a poorly managed location of a good chain. read more

We are frequent visitors to Einstein, both eat in and take home bagels. They have good sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. I particularly like the turkey with avocado lunch sandwich. We also buy bagels by the dozen to take home and freeze. They do run out of some of the options so going early is best if buying a dozen. read more

Our first trip to Einstein didn't go so well. We didn't get all of our order and what we got wasn't correct. We gave them a pass, it was a busy Sunday. This past Sunday we decided to try again. I was there yesterday around 4:30pm. The young kid taking my order never even acknowledged me as I stood there at the register. He finally asked how he could help, and I started naming off the bagels that I wanted. He still stood there and stared at me. I noticed he wasn't grabbing any bagels yet. He asked me how many I wanted? I told him I had no clue, I just see what I like and order. I had gotten five bagels and I wasn't aware that if you get six it's a better deal. He never even mentioned it to me. I noticed it when I got home and looked up their website. I also realize that they weren't sliced, nor did he ask me if I would like them sliced. Very disappointed. Three stars is a slightly generous rating, to be honest. I do enjoy their bagels, especially freshly toasted (in-store) with a pat or two of butter. But the overall experience is diluted by too many options for toppings and bagels with all sorts of unnecessary junk in them (every kind of spice and sweetener in the world I think) and then they did away with the dark roast coffee, which was quite good but is long gone these days. I used to enjoy refilling my coffee tumbler there on the way to the office but now the coffee is just typical two-stars get-it-at-Weigel's stuff. So by all means grab a bagel just make it pretty plain and pair with coffee or not. . .please, Brothers, bring back the dark roast! read more

So my husband went I this morning to get a cinnamon raisin bagel for our daughter, he was told they were out, however the two people behind him then proceeded to order boxes of bagels that included cinnamon raisin that they claimed to be out of , they each were able to get cinnamon raisin bagels, how strange, my husband simply wanted one and the "didn't have any" for him but they had them to put in boxes after him? And then when he asked to speak with the manager the guy told him he was to busy and didn't have time for him. I'm sorry but shouldn't you make time for your customers? Went on a busy Sunday morning, the line was about 15 people deep! But they move that line so quickly, friendly, and efficiently. We used to love this place, but not anymore. The menue has changed and left off our favorites. There are a couple of people working there that know the ingredients to some of the items taken off the menu and can make them if they have the ingredients. They have had a big staff tutnover and the majority of the new staff are not friendly or helpful and are borderline rude. The hours have changed which makes it hard for us to get there. They close at 4:00 and even if you get there anytime after 2:00 they act like you got there at the last minute and you are an inconvenience. Someone needs to remind them that without customers they will be out of a job. It saddens me to leave a bad review because this used to be our go to place. read more

They have close to 30 different kinds of bagels, my favorite being the Green Chile, sliced in half and toasted. It's really a meal in and of itself. But what I like most is their salmon lox, served wtih onion slices, cream cheese, tomato slice and capers. I savour every single bite, it's that delicious.
