This is my absolutely favorite bagel spot outside of New Jersey!! I had the turkey and cheddar on a pretzel roll, my favorite. Their bagels are always perfect, never burnt and they have such an amazing assortment. The restaurant offers both inside and outside setting, as well as a drive-thru. My friends and I stopped here for breakfast before we left town. We had a good visit and left feeling full. Personally, I just had a sesame bagel with the garden veggie schmear. It was good, but my bagel could definitely have been toasted longer (I blame that for how busy the place was). Their hot coffee did hit the spot though, and I appreciated all the dairy options they had for it, as well as the cleanliness of the area. Overall we enjoyed out breakfasts and experience here. We are frequent visitors to Einstein, both eat in and take home bagels. They have good sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. I particularly like the turkey with avocado lunch sandwich. We also buy bagels by the dozen to take home and freeze. They do run out of some of the options so going early is best if buying a dozen. read more

The place was pretty busy , apparently good spot for casual meetings or school. My only issue the employee taking our order had no energy at all whatsoever. Today they gave me the wrong coffee altogether. Total lack of quality control. The service is unreliable, and no one makes eye contact or says thank you. Three stars is a slightly generous rating, to be honest. I do enjoy their bagels, especially freshly toasted (in-store) with a pat or two of butter. But the overall experience is diluted by too many options for toppings and bagels with all sorts of unnecessary junk in them (every kind of spice and sweetener in the world I think) and then they did away with the dark roast coffee, which was quite good but is long gone these days. I used to enjoy refilling my coffee tumbler there on the way to the office but now the coffee is just typical two-stars get-it-at-Weigel's stuff. So by all means grab a bagel just make it pretty plain and pair with coffee or not. . .please, Brothers, bring back the dark roast! read more

So my husband went I this morning to get a cinnamon raisin bagel for our daughter, he was told they were out, however the two people behind him then proceeded to order boxes of bagels that included cinnamon raisin that they claimed to be out of , they each were able to get cinnamon raisin bagels, how strange, my husband simply wanted one and the "didn't have any" for him but they had them to put in boxes after him? We used to love this place, but not anymore. The menue has changed and left off our favorites. There are a couple of people working there that know the ingredients to some of the items taken off the menu and can make them if they have the ingredients. They have had a big staff tutnover and the majority of the new staff are not friendly or helpful and are borderline rude. The hours have changed which makes it hard for us to get there. They close at 4:00 and even if you get there anytime after 2:00 they act like you got there at the last minute and you are an inconvenience. Someone needs to remind them that without customers they will be out of a job. It saddens me to leave a bad review because this used to be our go to place. read more

The drive through employees steal from their customers by adding whatever tip they want without permission. It specifically states on the drive through order display that you need to request to add a tip but they feel entitled to take whatever percentage they see fit.
