It was alright. When a few years since I visited this location. They were pretty busy. The eggs came out undercooked (over light, I asked for over medium). Not a huge deal, but the waitress forgot my side of bacon (it was on the hand written check she handed me, clear as day) and mixed up the guys order right next to me and had to fix it. This is the first time being at this waffle. My husband was working late so I thought I'll treat my daughter to a waffle. I don't know what it was about tonight but they did not have it together our server look like a deer in the headlights the food was mediocre and the service was abysmal. Most times this place has been great in the past, but lately it seems to be worse. Got two meals, $9 a piece and added .50 items to our hashbrowns, plus a waffle. Order came out to $50 and the server Selena was very aggressive when questioned why it totaled so much, refused to give a detailed copy of order and told us we could eat somewhere else next time. Had an almost identical second order placed with Alesha. That one was only $22 without the waffle so something is wrong here. Also Alesha had a way more pleasant attitude than Selena. Whoever takes your order calls you honey or baby or darlin' or some other term of endearment. A spread of all ages eating comforting breakfast food together. The menu is limited in that it does not feature soups or salads or an extensive selection overall. Please be aware that pork chops are available but were not on the menu at the two locations I went to. Also overall I found the food to be under seasoned and bland. I like the skillet selections and the well done hash browns. The locations I went to were consistent in terms of menu offerings, atmosphere, and how the food is prepared. He seemed to really like to fondle pickles withe his fingers. - a gloved employee (who appeared to be the manager with an LOL sweatband) make hash browns, crack eggs, fry bacon, wash dishware, build sandwiches, grab sani-towels (God knows how long that quat had been there) and wring them out, and garnish product all on the same pair of gloves. Sometimes a paper towel. - a gloved employee take a visibly broken egg off the top of the basket and open it into a bowl then cook it. - an improperly stored/dirty kitchen knife. I am quite positive that I missed some things. However, sanitation is clearly not a concern at this establishment. The staff is always helpful and eager to serve, whether it's 4 in the afternoon or 4 in the morning. I've never had a bad meal here.
