Cazzy's is snazzy! It's a solid place with a good menu, slightly more upscale Americana. I ordered the spicy pork bowl. I liked the sauce on the pork and the sunny side up egg brought a good amount of yolk into the dish. Everything mixed well with the sesame flavored cucumbers and jalapeños. The rice was pretty plain but paired with everything else it was fine. I think I'll try one of the salads or power bowls next time, as they come highly recommended! I also had a bite of the smoked salmon from the power bowl and a bite of the chicken piccata. I normally don't like chicken piccata but the lemon and caper flavor did not overpower and the angel hair pasta was very soft. A bit on the pricier side for a lunch but I enjoyed what I had at Cazzy's. I hear both locations are very consistent as well. read more

First, this is a gastropub, not a diner. I had been performing handiman duties for most of the day and wanted a casual sitdown meal between projects, so I recommend Cazzy's listing be updated. Now, the experience. We did not have any drinks but the offerings cover the local, standard and top shelf tastes. The staff is even invited to events to learn about food and drink parings. Lunch was grab and eat. It was very quiet becasue we were well past the lunch rush and before the early dinners. I needed something more than a salad or bowl even though several were tempting. Not always a burger guy, but a bison burger will draw my attention. You don't see bison much in TN. Delicious. Juicy enough I needed an extra napkin. The second reason I chose the burger was for the carrot fries. I don't ever remember having them before or even seeing them. Their good, no reason they can't be a replacemnt to traditional fries and they don't "sag" as much as sweet potato fries. In my case, the kitchen put potato fries on the plate rather than carrot fries. Our server, Daniel noticed it and brought out a separate plate with proper side. Great service there. Another upgrade is that seasoning on the fries. There are several different ones and they differ byt the dish and fry. It was fun to compare the difference on the plate. What a gem in Knoxville without having to go downtown! Super vibrant and open and our server was super friendly. Started with the Trophy Wife cocktail and it was so good I had to order another. They were kind enough to let me swap out the vanilla vodka for regular vodka. The drinks were a bit slow to come so we made sure to order the second before we finished the first. For appetizers we had the feta dip and truffle fries. I would order these as an entree next time because they were absolutely delicious. The feta dip had a basil oil and bruschetta with perfectly buttery grilled bread. Our server was so throughtful to bring us extra croistini to eat the rest of the dip. The truffle fries were also perfect with the aioli. For entree I went with the feta meatballs and they let me swap out the couscous for a different side. I ordered their mac and cheese and brussels. The meatballs and curry sauce were room temperature which I didn't like, I really wanted it to be piping hot. The brussels had plenty of cheese but it would have been more flavorful with a balsamic glaze, but they were perfectly cooked. The mac and cheese was also at room temperature but it was cheesy and pasta was al dente. Overall a great meal but would definitely stick with just the apps next time! read more

Been many times to the other location in Knoxville decided to try this one out. It's much bigger spacious and the food has been amazing.

The restaurant vibe was perfect for date night. It was a little loud but we could still have a conversation. I loved that we could make reservations online. It helps a lot. I felt like the food was a very strong 4 but the service was a 10 which is why we gave them 5 stars. Chris was our server. He explained the specials, the new items, gave us very honest and open feedback about choices when we asked for more information. He took a sincere concern for the food allergies we have and understood how cross contamination occurs. He wanted us to be safe. I LOVE that when we told us about dessert options he mentioned one had alcohol but that it was "cooked out " in the sauce. I'm 9 years sober so it's imperative that I know when there's alcohol in or cooked out of a dessert. Not enough serving staff do this. They had just sat a whole bunch of tables so Chris told us right away they were backed up in the kitchen. He gave us a timeline and let us know if we knew what we wanted he'd get our order in immediately to hopefully help with the time. We did that. Food came out much quicker than expected and he kept communicating with us. Food looked good but unfortunately they brought out the wrong food for me. I ordered fish and chips and got chicken tenders. Chris didn't bring it out to us but immediately when we found out he expedited a new order. It was out in less than 5 minutes and was perfect, even with the no seasoning and extra crispy fries. My husband had the bison burger. He said it was a bit bland and a bit overcooked but otherwise good. He really enjoyed the sweet potato fries with it. There was a nice amount of food left over from my dinner and it was the perfect amount for my husband. Chris welcomed us to come back and see him so we could have someone to rely on who knows our food allergies. He encouraged us to become regulars of his. His communicating skills were excellent. So even when we had a couple problems it was easy to smooth it over because he cared so much. We will definitely be back in his section and try something new. The service is great, but the food here is even better!! Today, I ordered the feta dip, and oh!! My!! Word!! This is my new favorite appetizer! It was so good, I had to force myself to stop eating it so I could take some home to share with my husband. My only suggestion is they need to serve more crostini with it. (And, the crostini is almost dripping with garlic butter and toasted to perfection!). I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! Update...we went back today, and of course we had the whipped feta dip, and we started on our main dishes and brought most of it home to enjoy later. I visited Cazzy's Corner Grill for the first time at their Bearden location. My husband and I had Easter Brunch and it was delicious! We ordered the Crap Dip for an appetizer which had lots of crab. For our entree, I ordered the BLT Benny and my husband ordered Fish & Chips. This location has several areas for seating: indoor dining tables, outdoor patio, and bar. We sat at the indoor dining tables which was away from the bar that had 5 different TVs. We stopped here for lunch and to say the least it was amazing atmosphere was spot on. Food was excellent. Service was awesome. Chris was our waiter. We ended up getting the mushrooms as an appetizer husband cut the pork tenderloin with the brussels sprouts I got the chicken piccata and a glass of Pinot Grigio and he had a glass of Pinot Noir. The fish and chips were terrible because they were made with a thick bread crumb batter. This is not how you do it and it did not taste good. And thin fries not steak fries with it (chips). They are price gouging the 8 ounce steak filet on their menu. On October 13, 2025, the filet was $44 on the menu. Fast forward to November 10, 2025 and on the printed menu states "market price" for the fillet. I inquired about the price and was told it was $68. That is 55% increase in less than a month. So everyone understands, at Costco, USDA choice filet mignon is $27.38 a pound. For 8 ounces, that equals $13.69. While this is an "at home" cost, Cazzy's is NOT a high end steak and should not charge like they are. The service is mediocre at best and the numerous times I've bought the filet mignon, it's not a top tier steak house experience. read more

I had reservations with good friends the first time I ate here so tonight when my husband and I were in the area at dinnertime I wanted to share it with him. I reserved "the Roo" private space for a group of rougly 15 people. We came in after a funeral service nearby. When I explained the reason for our reservation, Eric, who was my point of contact, was extremely sympathetic and kind. The space was beautiful, and we were able to connect our laptop to the TV in the room to project pictures and videos. The food did NOT disappoint. The feta dip was such a hit we ended up ordering extra. Our server was great as well! She kept the drinks flowing and checked in on us constantly without being overbearing. Cazzy's has been on my list of favorite restaurants in Knoxville, but our dinner at the Bearden location was GREATLY DISAPPOINTING last night. I have ordered the smoked salmon bowl several times in the past and asked if I could get the salmon not smoked on this occasion. The server said yes, but that it would be ( an unspecified ) surcharge. I agreed to order it. When the bill came the surcharge was $15 for the non-smoked salmon! The bowl entree was originally $18, but they "reduced" the bowl to $15 removing the smoked salmon (showing an assumed cost that the 4oz., "less desirable" cut of salmon was $3 of the $18 menu price!) Then, they added a $15 SURCHARGE for the non-smoked salmon (8oz. And "premium cut") resulting in the salmon bowl to be $30 instead of the menu price of $18. Mind you, the same cut of salmon dinner entree' was $29 on the menu! The manager came to the table and explained all the reasons for the $15 surcharge, and gave us $1 off of our bill. We had explained all the reasons we felt that communication was lacking and I would have ordered a different meal had I known the excessive surcharge before ordering. The manager apologized (about 3 times) that we weren't happy about the situation and took $1 off the bill. The handling of the situation was extremely disappointing. I asked for the salmon to be unsmoked. I did NOT ASK for a "better cut" or a "bigger piece". Poor management handling of this situation has left us with a bad taste in our mouth at the Cazzy's Bearden location. read more
