Being from New England and Hooters are closing everywhere the guys on our summer vacation became obsessed with Twin Peaks. Leaving Pidgeon Forge, Knoxville was on the way. Just opened, seated quickly. Cold inside. Nice waitress. There were 6 of us. My husband and I decided to split chips and cheese along with wings. The chips and cheese were fine but our chicken wings... He bit into his and it was raw inside. I had just bit into mine and it was a terrible dried blood color. We reported it to the waitress and she apologized. The Manager came over and honestly to make us new food it would have taken longer. They did try to make it right but at that point my husband and I were disappointed we didn't get our wings. We passed and they just removed it from the bill. Overall not a great experience but definitely could have been worse. read more

First time going to Twin Peaks and decided to go with my colleagues. Our waitress, Keira was fantastic! Very friendly and sociable. Good price for alcoholic beverages and the first round of wings we had were great. Fried pickles took awhile to reach the table, but later the waitress explained that the fryer cooks got into a bit of a brawl lol (Reminds me of Waffle House). The amount of Fried pickles there were, was great though very bountiful and very crisp. The second round of wings we got were subpar, I think because the manager was the one frying them. Definitely a bit overcooked on these ones. Lastly, also had a sundae to go and apparently the waitress is the one that makes it, she makes a pretty good sundae I guess. Very very very sweet with all the caramel and chocolate sauce but overall a great sundae. Overall, great experience will be back another time. read more

I had a great meal here. I'm not usually a pot roast guy, but I decided to give it a try after seeing the person next to me order it--and it smelled incredible. I'm glad I did, because it was amazing. The portion was generous, and I almost couldn't finish it. I went to Twin Peaks for lunch on a Sunday. It was a great day to go, the weather was perfect, and the staff was lively and friendly. I sat at the bar, and my servers, Saige and Mirabella, were amazing. Victoria's Secret must be looking for them, because they are angels. They were very engaging, and took great care of me, making sure my glass never stayed empty, and that I got everything for my lunch. I got the hangover burger. It has a fried egg on it, and that sounded like brunch to me. It was delicious. But Mirabella and Saige are simply amazing. They are driven by their desire to make sure you are satisfied before you leave. And they completed their mission with me. If you get either one of them, you will have a great experience. Mia was our server and took amazing care of us from start to finish , definitely request to sit with her because she's awesome. Jason also stopped by to welcome us , which was a nice personal touch. The white gummy bear shot was delicious and a fun little surprise. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich hit the spot , though the spice level is on the mild side if you're expecting serious heat. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch dessert was tasty but very sweet , which should have been obvious, though it almost crossed the line for me. We lucked out by visiting when it wasn't too crowded , but there is a ton of indoor seating available. If you're into watching sporting events , this place definitely fits the bill. don't go here is you are female. They seat you right away but then totally ignore you. My sisters and I went here, no one said someone will be Right with you, absolutely nothing so we left after sitting there for a half hour. There was a waitress at the next table. Never said a word. My brother and I pulled into Knoxville very late. And he mentioned that Twin Peaks was still open, we're both from where Twin Peaks was founded in Dallas/ Fort Worth. So we were familiar with how tasty their food was, and my brother really needed a beer after our long drive. So he suggested we should have dinner there. Was a great suggestion. We went in and had a light dinner and he got to have his beer and I had a margarita. Our waitress was amazing such a sweet and nice lady checked on us frequently. Had a great time with my partner. There weren't many people there. Draft beer is ice cold and crisp at around 29 degrees. The place was clean and not too loud. We ordered the new york strip and the trout and they both turned out delicious. There was an issue with my trout but the manager and Bella, our waitress, handled it professionally. My server Spencer was amazing. Very attentive and seems to come by at the right times. I couldn't have asked for better service. The only thing I wasn't super happy about was that the mash potatoes were luke warm. The chicken fried chicken was hot and I ate them together so it even out well. Great place! Well lit, plenty of space, and good food! Food/Drink: Really well cooked, decent variety on the menu. Typical sandwich, burger, flatbreads, and salads you would expect. The Nashville Chicken Sandwich tho!!!! Appetizers: Flatbread pizza was so good, and flavorful. Jalapeño chicken and cheese pizza. Bar: alcoholic drinks were well mixed and not overpowering. Bar was clean, and well lit. Girls were awesome! Dinning Area: Large size, open concept. Plenty of seating! Prices: Relatively cheap. Double Nashville chicken breast sandwich and fries, drink, and a water $30. With tip. Parking: shared large lot, wrap around just off the main road. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and average size. Atmosphere: During the Saturday night, fight night, pretty busy, but not unmanageable. A little loud but expected. Staff/Attendants: Waitresses were Great and highly motivated, very nice, and attentive. Hot, sweet, southern charm turned up...Seems like a good crew. Awesome experience! For appetizers, we ordered Billionaire's Bacon and Spicy Thai Ribs. Wish the bacon was crispy; the flavor was good though. The ribs had great flavor; came with 4 ribs; the cilantro on top was wilted so that tells me it was sitting out all day. I'd order the spicy Thai ribs again though; our group enjoyed it. For entrees, we had Spicy Meatball Parmesan Sandwich w/ fries, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich w/ fries, chicken fried chicken w/ mashed potatoes and green beans. I ordered the 12 count bone-in naked wings; choice of 2 flavors. Had bourbon teriyaki and hot honey; honestly, I didn't know which was which. The wings were meaty and juicy; I should have ordered the 6 count. Our waitress Mae was cool and got us everything we needed. Environment -- Big open dining area with a big beautiful bar as the main focal point in the center. Beautiful outdoor patio area with really nice fire pit. Really nice outdoor seating. Didn't make to the bathroom. Very clean dining area with plenty of natural light. Environment = A. Service -- Service was great. Friendly hostess, and a friendly and attentive server. Drink service was fine. Orders were accurate and right on the money. Food came out quick and hot. The manager came to our table, introduced himself, thanked us for coming and gave us a card for a free app. Nice young man. Service = A+. What isn't to love about Twin Peaks; as they advertise, eats, drinks, and scenic views. I sat at the counter today and Lily and Des did a wonderful job. I had my drink within seconds and my food in about 10 minutes. The meal was about $10.00-$15.00 and was cooked to order and just as requested. You can watch football, baseball, golf, tennis and more. Worst experience I've had at a Twin Peaks! My family and I were traveling and decided to eat here. We ordered our appetizer and our meals at the same time. Once we were finished with the appetizer we still had no main course. After 40 minutes had elapsed I asked our waitress where are food was. She advised me that they sent out one of the hamburgers to another customer. My wife's food and my hamburger had been sitting under heat lamps and the made my daughters fresh. They did comp the one burger but the bill was over $70 for some cold food. The manager never approached our table to speak with us. I believed this to be also unprofessional. read more
