I was assisted soon after arriving. I asked for some feedback on the 2 rings needing resizing and why, as well as the plating. The associate was quite helpful and let me know the pros and cons or plating one of the rings. She also explained the resizing process. She had someone evaluate the rings and I was given estimates within the day. My rings were more beat up than expected so I'm glad they were fixed. It was a few days before they were ready but when I picked them up, they looked beautiful. Great job and it was nice that the process about what took place wa thoroughly explained.

I brought it back to the store to return the DAMAGED item at which point the cashier told me they could not issue a refund because their policy does not allow. I confirmed with her that they don't allow you to return an item even if it's damaged? She indicated that's correct.
