WHAT COULD IMPROVE? SERIOUSLY?…read more 1.) Give us a frigging invoice to give to our insurance company for reimbursement of your ridiculous fee. 2) Pickup the discarded sofa you left in *my* POD, a violation of rules re the POD & an insult to me. 3) Show up on time. Arriving after 6:00 pm for a 3:00 appointment time is unacceptable. Plus the 2 who came were too exhausted to work as expected. Joshua's helper did the bulk of the work because Joshua was tired after moving his *own* house! 4) Think about placement. No thought was given to placement of my things. I had to keep reminding them to at least leave a path; Joshua didn't seem to grasp that. Then I couldn't get Joshua's attention re my box springs & frame. They needed alignment, so in desperation, I put my age 73 body on the floor to begin aligning my box springs with the bed. Finally done, I had to ask for help straightening the fame within the space. 5). I could say much more, but frankly, for the sake of my mental health, I will stop here and instead choose to listen to calming music. BOTTOM LINE: Hire at your own risk.

My 12 yr old son is without a dresser and still living out of boxes since July 26th! As a single working mom I cannot afford to buy him a new one. Please respond! This was the most frustrating unprofessional move. I've ever experienced. They completely ruined My Son's expensive dresser I put a claim in have not heard. I've called three times emailed and phone calls have not heard a word considering going to court over this. They didn't have all the supplies to safely transport without scratches on the furniture couldn't even get everything in the truck had to do it all myself with a friend the next dayThey ripped out the drawers, they can't go back in one of the guys wasn't even with the company, move, slow as molasses I would never ever use this company. My experience might have been the same or different choosing Colt. So many bad reviews for all of them. Pray, do the rosary, and fast before choosing any of them I would say. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a moving company…read more We hired this company after a flood to pack up our belongings so repairs could be done and then move everything back in. We paid a very large amount for this service and also paid extra for their insurance coverage specifically to protect our valuables. During the packing process, they broke several items worth thousands of dollars. When we filed a claim, instead of taking responsibility or honoring the insurance we paid for, the owner was rude, dismissive, and outright hostile. We were essentially told "too bad, you should've packed it yourself," and "if you didn't want it broken, you shouldn't have hired us." That is completely unacceptable, especially from a business that charges for professional packing and insurance. Not only did they fail to protect our belongings, but they also refused to fairly address the damage and spoke to us in a shockingly unprofessional and offensive way. We trusted them during an already stressful time after a flood, and they made the situation much worse. I strongly warn others: do not use this company if you care about your property or expect basic professionalism and accountability. Paying extra for their insurance meant nothing, and the way we were treated afterward was insulting and outrageous.

About 4 hours into the re-delivery of our belongings by their crew, we discovered that much of our furniture and personal property which had already brought into our new home appeared to be covered in mold. The contamination affected our brand-new home and required professional remediation. As a result, we were displaced and forced to live in a hotel for 50 nights while the issue was addressed. The owner, John Craft, acknowledged to us that our belongings had gotten wet and remained on their moving trucks for a period of time during the hot and humid month of June. Despite assurances from the company's insurance carrier, we have received very little communication or resolution. More than seven months later, we still do not have our belongings and have had to retain legal counsel to pursue claims against both Soft Touch Moving and the insurance company. This experience has been incredibly disruptive to our lives. Based on our experience, we would strongly caution others before trusting this company with their belongings.

The staff and moving crew were friendly, professional, and exceptional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend All My Sons for any future moving needs.

1 STAR -- DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING…read more We were quoted $1,400 for a full household move scheduled for January 27, 2026, confirmed multiple times over two weeks. This included 3 movers, 5 hours (including travel) and a free kitchen pack. We paid a deposit and reconfirmed all details by phone and text. On the morning of the move (9am), we were asked to reschedule due to crew issues. This wasn't possible as we had already packed, arranged childcare, and have 2 infant children. Arrival time kept being pushed back, and the movers didn't arrive until 3pm. I asked if there would be enough time for them to finish the job and they said yes. By early evening, the truck was full and the job was nowhere near complete. We were then told the movers were reaching their legal work-hour limit. At that point we learned: * Our move was allegedly not marked as confirmed * The free kitchen pack was missing from the manifest * The manifest incorrectly listed seven deep freezers (we have one) We were told only essential items could be unloaded and that the rest of our belongings would be stored overnight in freezing temperatures and we were required to pay $800 even though they job was not anywhere near done. We were then quoted $2,200 for that unfinished day, despite the original $1,400 quote. The following morning, no one arrived at the promised time and no phone call as promised. When they did arrive later, they required payment before unloading and stated the final total was $3,300. They offered two options . 1. Pay $2,200 which takes off the second day 2. Pay the full $3,334with a 25% discount We refused as we should not be responsible for the second day and them not completing the job as promised . They had our belongings returned to our original home. The moving crew themselves were professional and hardworking, but management and office communication--largely handled through a Texas corporate office--were entirely misleading and ineffective. DO NOT TRUST THE QUOTE or the communication. I would not recommend this company.

We expected a professional crew who would take care of our items and pack them with precision and thoughtful placement. On the day, the crew showed up and worked very fast. They were working in multiple rooms at once and then loading the trailer. It took them the whole day to get it all done. They were very nice young men and we thought they did a good job... in the moment. Once the trailer arrived a week and a half later - we found out what really happened. We only have enough hanging clothes to fill 2 wardrobe boxes, yet we ended up with 15 of them... thats because their version of "packing" was just dumping everything into these big wardrobe boxes, no organization, no precision, just dumping everything. Of course we were paying for each box they used, and wouldn't you know it... the wardrobe boxes were the most expensive. Additionally, several of our furniture pieces are damaged including brand new chairs, both our new washer and dryer (they put a metal bed frame against them in the trailer that rubbed on it the entire time in transit) broken lamps, broken legs off tables, missing items, etc. I took photos of everything and sent them an email about it - I got a response that they would fix and/or replace the damaged and broken items. I then get another email a few days later that they were going to open an "internal investigation" and something about how they aren't responsible because their liability ends once they leave the job site. My items have been locked in a trailer of which I have the only key and somehow its not their fault, or they didn't cause the damage. I have emailed them at least 4 more times since then asking about the results of the "internal investigation", etc. and they have not responded. They will not respond back to me. We hired them based on reviews that they were the BEST in INDY!!! That is a absolute lie. I cannot speak to their small 1 bedroom across town moves - but DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR LARGE HOUSE PACKING AND LOADING! And to the Move Indy Rep who will undoubtedly respond to this review with some BS about "Thanks for the feedback..." - don't bother. You are only responding because I am calling you out publicly - shame on you! Do what you said you were going to do and repair/replace my broken items.
