He offered his services if I were to decide on picking out a vehicle in his establishment or outside of it. I did end up finding a used vehicle via private party though having the owner reach out to me personally regarding the situation and how humbly he handled it- I give kiddos to him as there aren't many used dealerships anymore with this kind of customer service.

Those dealers offer at least a modest discount. Second problem was the sales staff.. told one individual we were just looking, don't need help, no thanks three (3!) times in a short visit. He tried to tell me that we were obligated by visiting their business and viewing their wares to have a discussion with them. Really? Won't go back. Not even for service. Don't trust them. Fortunately the nearby dealer in Klamath Falls is professional, well stocked, priced reasonable, and staffed by trained sales staff so we purchased our vehicle from them.

these people are terrible and have no sense of ethical business! my bf brought in his jeep bc it…read morewasn't driving normal. it sat there for 2 hours and then they insisted on keeping it another day. little did we know that is how they loop you in to rip you off bc at this point they hold your car hostage unless you pay a $150 diagnostic fee he never ever wouldv'e consented to! swtich and bait. he needed a new alternator and they priced him A $900 for an alternator!?! turns out that they were saying that had to remove and refill the AC etc.. and when he said no way can i pay that @$900 we dont have that kind of money they immediately didn't need to do the AC and dropped the price to @$700! at this point trust is breeched because they originally just said we had to remove the AC to install it and the do not credit the $150 diagnostic (that he never agreed to ) towards the new $700 bill that he was quoted (which he would never pay!!! ) they held his car hostage and refused to release it unless he paid the money that they extorted from him and he never signed. they kept saying that they made a 'verbal agreement' but when we asked for paperwork that he signed saying he consented to the diagnostic they had nothing and kept saying verbal agreement! highway robbery. then we called TNT automotive they came right to him, quickly installed the alternator and gave him an awesome honest fair deal , and the whole job including parts was @$320!!! done in an hour. the kicker being that TNT told us that they would've credited us their diagnostic towards the bill! worst customer service at rogue automotive ever and when he went in to confront him about never signing anything for the $150 diagnostic they refused to take any accountability and threatened to call the cops. gaslighting after exploiting people for money. rogue automotive are crooks.

I had to pay a locksmith for reprogramming a new key. Also the dealership cleared the check engine light code right before they sold the truck so now I cant get it smogged. Other things to note...had a brake light out, and the tail light assembly fell out on the way home, the transmission leaks, the transfer case leaks and the heater fan was bad. Heated seats didnt work and had an exhaust leak. And the running board steps were just hanging there wrapped with some thin wire to hold them in place. Good thing my kids didn't step on them or they would be really hurt. Worst of all, when i tried to put it in 4wd, all i got was a service 4wd light that now is stuck on all the time. They would not answer any calls from me after nor did they return any of my voicemails. Will be making a report through better business bureau. Clearly they do not inspect nor maintain their vehicles. Very very shady ripoff company. Especially for a $13k truck. Read all the negative reviews online before you go to them!!
