Arthur arrived exactly on time and was an absolute delight to have in our home. He insisted on parking in guest parking rather than our driveway and even took his shoes off after I told him it wasn't necessary. Before getting out any of his tools, he carefully laid a blanket on the floor to protect it. Those little things made a wonderful first impression--and the rest of his work was just as thoughtful. He made sure the TV was working properly before he started, measured everything more than once before installing the mount above our fireplace, and made sure the placement was exactly right. Once the TV was installed, he walked me through the setup and made sure I knew how everything worked before he left. Arthur's work was impeccable, and he was professional, meticulous, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to have in the house. I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience and highly recommend TV Tech Pros!

He forecasted the timing of when he would be available, and when he had a schedule change, he offered to come do the project sooner than expected. They were watching for any changes to the gravel foundation prior to pouring to make sure the surface was evenly compacted. They ended up working through the weekend to make sure everything was ready for a Monday pour. The finish work took a while to complete, due to the concrete taking longer to set, so they had a long day to finish the work. It looks perfect and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Greg.

Derek from DK Excavation came out did an outstanding job. The work was done fast, clean, and with great attention to detail. He wasn't the cheapest bid but he came with ideas, a plan, options to get quality dirt for grass growing (some of the best dirt I have ever seen) hydro seeding. Bottom line the results and experience were 100% worth it. One of the stumps turned out to be much larger and more difficult to remove than expected, but Derek was incredibly fair and reasonable in working through it. He didn't take shortcuts, kept me informed the whole time, and made sure everything was done right to admittedly my very particular expectations . The regrading looks great, and the property is back to normal (better and more usable space than before) and the grass came in fast and thick. It's rare these days to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely fair in business, but Derek is exactly that. I highly recommend DK Excavation to anyone who needs stump removal, grading, or any kind of excavation work. Just a solid, honest company that does great work.

But if you actually follow the BBB link on their own site, you'll find that they're not accredited and have an "F" rating with multiple unresolved complaints. That should have been my first red flag. The initial crew they sent out was friendly and seemed competent. They got the trenchless line replacement done, and the work passed inspection. But once Cesar, the owner, received his final payment -- before the job was fully completed -- he disappeared. Completely stopped answering calls, only occasionally responded to texts after I threatened escalation, and even then just sent vague promises like, "We'll come tomorrow." I got that same excuse five times over nearly three weeks. Each time, nobody ever showed up. Now I'm left with multiple open trenches in my yard, exposed pipe, and an increasingly frustrated right-of-way inspector who could hold me liable for the unfinished state of the project. The pictures attached show how they left my front yard (even their cones are still here). Cesar might underbid competitors to win your business, but this company is a total gamble. If you do take the risk, I strongly advise you never pay in full until every part of the work is completed and confirmed in writing.
