He forecasted the timing of when he would be available, and when he had a schedule change, he offered to come do the project sooner than expected. Once the work began, he and his staff were perfectionistic with prepping the area and setting up the forms. They were watching for any changes to the gravel foundation prior to pouring to make sure the surface was evenly compacted. They ended up working through the weekend to make sure everything was ready for a Monday pour. I was very surprised to see the amount of stuff being completed. So, we ended up doing some extra clearing as my budget allowed to cover more stuff due to Denny being efficient with his equipment. Highly recommended. Polite, timely, down to earth. I had very little to explain what I needed, as he understood immediately what I was asking for - that's years of experience right there.
