I was also impressed that they tried to be considerate of our neighbors who we share a driveway with. In order to access our yard they had to park right in front of our neighbors garage, blocking them in, so they pulled out all of their equipment and then moved their truck down the hill and out of the way. When they were done, they came to the door again and gave us extra seeds in case there were any weak spots, asked if I had any questions, then they were on their way. The first several nights he was there all day until 11pm. HOA Plumbers had come but made no assessment of water damage so drying had yet to begin. He spoke with my insurance, the HOA insurance and helped answer my question s as he went forward. All damage was well documented. Unfortunately he found a second sewage over flow but with quick work damage was limited & cleanup began immediately, again he was in close co ntact with my HOA who sent a plumber back out and finally addressed the issues.
