We used Rios to construct our patio many years ago. They did a good job then and came back to sand…read moreand seal a few years later. We called them last year to repeat the sand and seal. They didn't arrive when they said they would and I had to make multiple calls to reschedule. It was very difficult to get them to call back. Even when they finally did they didn't arrive on the day they said they would and rescheduled but didn't show again. They finally did show and about an hour into the job I went outside to find one of their workers urinating on the side of our fence. They did not sand properly (we paid the total for the job) and we've tried to get them to come back out to complete the job. Frank came out and said he'd schedule the repair but he never did and now no one returns our calls. They also said they sealed it but we have moss growing in the surface of our pavers. Avoid this company. You will end up being disappointed.

Through hard work, ingenuity and perseverance not did they do get the job done, but it's done RIGHT now and which is where the previous builder had failed. Even though it was an inherently muddy, dirty process Dave and team were always conscious to clean up at the end of each day and went out of their way to make sure they weren't causing us any inconvenience. After few months of waiting he tried to sell servicing and maintenance instead of fixing. When reminded of his obligation to fix what was clearly not done right, he said that he will fix if he gets work on eastside. Agin waited few more months while the gap kept becoming bigger. It was not well built originally and was sagging near a slope at the rear of my property and putting pressure on the fence posts (5 had already broken and had to be replaced after the wall was fixed). The great service started with the initial quote and inspection where Jas was the only one out of several bids to use a soil probe to test if/where the soil was hard enough. He was also the only one to recommend digging deep enough to get to the harder soil and adding 1-2 layers of concrete blocks to better reinforce the wall. As several have said, the crew was professional and efficient. They were able to finish the job in less than one day. And to top it all off, the price was very fair. I'd happily hire him again for any future work.
