Josh is the MAN! I…read morehad four quotes before JWS. Three of the four said they could not install a chairlift in the stairway for my disabled mom. One took 2 hours to discuss it (apparently acorn is paid by the hour) and then said he couldn't do it. One said he could but it would cost me $25,000!!! In steps Josh! He came over and evaluated the stairway. He agreed it was definitely a super tricky, narrow stairway. He puzzled over it for about 15 to 20 minutes, then came up with a game plan! Not only did he give me a super reasonable quote, I had a friend who gave me her old Stair Chair and he used that to save me a bit of money! I thought we would have to lose the door on the top of the stairway but no! Josh saved it! It is super secure, and my mom is very comfortable in it. It's even better than I would've pictured it. Josh is reliable, hard-working, reasonable, super smart, and does an amazing job at what he does. Josh and JWS Elevator are the best!

After getting an estimate for service, getting the service and paying in full for said service, they sent a bill for $1400 for the estimate. That bill was dated after the service was completed. When I called them the man claimed to be the supervisor and was rude and condescending. Then they tried to make a deal with me that if I signed a service contract they would waive the estimate. They did not disclose that they charged for the estimate and at no time did they mention they would be billing for it. I will NEVER use this company again and I strongly suggest no one else does either!

The issue was a cooling fan seemed like it was failing. They got me a quote put together and I picked up the computer the following day so I could get everything backed up. The plan was that I would pay for the part, they'd order it, and they'd replace it when it arrived. Until then I could lightly use the computer. My company's IT is handled out of a corporate office on the east coast. As such, then dealing with hardware issues usually isn't feasible. But with a slow turn around on ordering the new fan, they thought they could get me a computer in half the time. So, I picked it up and didn't order the part. I told them what was going on and offered to pay for the diagnostics which was declined. I get it back to the office and it's fine. No more kazoo noises, at least for now. So, they fixed my computer and refused money for doing so. The next time we have a computer hardware issue, I'll be suggesting T.S. USA Computer Repair. They were also flexible with scheduling and able to get me in soon. They were super professional and detail oriented. I work from home and have dogs, so they started on my office so that me and the dogs could lock ourselves in and work while they finished the house. Everything is spotless and I'm so happy! The cleaning ended up taking longer than expected, but the still honored the original price which I really appreciated. Great quality and I will definitely have them back out!
