He was always on it right away, and worked diligently to get it back up and running as quickly as possible---but sometimes you just have to call it a day with your old hardware and upgrade. I don't regret it! We've stopped losing clients due to outages, so I'm very pleased. I've also asked Dane to come to my company to help with getting our office PCs updated and ready to meet HIPAA compliance standards and he even took care of sending out my personal Macbook for me when the screen stopped working. All I had to do was drop it off and he delivered it to my office after it was repaired! Dane works closely with my own, budding IT guy to give him guidance where needed and checks up on our servers regularly to make sure it's kept up-to-date and working. He even added in some kind of file or something that will give us protection against the dreaded ransomware virus. He's always friendly, personable, explains things at a level where I can understand them, doesn't waste my time, and tries to do his best to get us the exact equipment to meet our needs (instead of one of those guys who encourages you to overspend on things you don't need!).
