Matt August, who is the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and has been able to fix all my compute issues, hook up multiple computers for my office and put together a killer gaming computer for my 18-year-old. He has also been able to patiently talk me through several computer problems, so I didn't have any downtime. I was badly hacked and he was able to get me running again. His prices are competitive and he has done things for me with no or very low cost. Besides being so competent, he is a very nice person which makes it an absolute pleasure to work with him. I wouldn't use anyone else to touch any of my computes.

Paul came over to see what happened and took the machine to his office to tackle the problem. Turns out the charging component was fine but the hard drive was damaged. Even worse, the drive was fully encrypted, requiring a 45 letter/digit security key to unlock. Paul was able to work around this barrier to unlock my data and transfer it to a memory stick.
