They were always knowledgeable, courteous and professional. What I liked most is they got the work done right, the 1st time and for a fair price. The last several years I have been living in South Orange County. I have tried various local computer stores, but never with any success. My only other options has been The Geek Squad at Best Buy, but they will never commit to what they will do/not do and always want to "upsell" me on services. Since then I have found myself dropping several of my computers off at Infogrip IT and have even chosen to ship my troubled computers to them when I don't have sales calls up that way. Brent at Infogrip IT was able to help me restore my files and get me set up with a brand new hard drive, and charged me way less than Geek Squad was going to charge me.
