I hired Shawn to mount two 43" and one 55". The price was fair, Shawn arrived an hour later and was…read moreefficient. The reason for only three stars is because one of the 43" TV's was loose - the bottom two screws connecting the back of the TV to the mount were not screwed in all the way, leaving a loose gap that I noticed when adjusting my TV later that night. I figured out how to remove the TV from the wall piece, and when I went to screw the screws in the rest of the way, I learned that the holes must not have been deep enough - they wouldn't go further. So I pulled out a couple of rubber washers that came with the mounting hardware to stick into the loose space and presto! My TV is now securely fastened to the mount, and replaced onto the wall piece. I don't feel like I should have had to do that. Even if the screws would not screw in further, Shawn could have communicated that to me in the moment (so we could figure out together that using the washers would solve the problem) instead of just leaving it that way.
