He was inattentive, frequently late or canceling appointments, and most importantly, failed to communicate about the status of the project. To make matters worse, his crew left stains and scratches on both the marble and flooring. When I brought this to Jonathan's attention, he offered no response or accountability. While he may be dependable for small jobs, I would not recommend him for any renovation work.

We had a cinder block wall covered in ivy across the rear of our property that was leaning and in…read moredanger of falling. We made several calls to demo companies to have it quoted and get input on the job. We found 1st Demo via a Google search, and they responded right away, came out to look at it, and gave us a quote. Of all the companies who looked at it, 1st Demo had the most confidence they could handle the job, and their quote was very fair for the work necessary. There were several challenges unique to our yard to deal with for this project. The ivy itself was covering a good portion of the wall, making it hard to tell the condition of the wall underneath. The wall itself was built on the top of a hillside, with our neighbor's yard and house being a good 30-40 feet below our property, and we needed the pieces of the wall to be kept to our property as it was dismantled. We also have narrow side yards, making access with the machinery needed to make the job more efficient tough (think threading a needle). They actually ended up removing a brand new fence/gate on one of our side yards to get their larger machine through, which worried us as we had just recently put it in. They promised us they would be able to re-install it afterwards like nothing had happened and they were true to their word. Having both machines in the backyard made quick work of the job, and the crew did a great job limiting the fallout of the cinder blocks to our property. Since they had the big rollup bins for hauling away the debris, they were very kind in taking some junk items from our yard unrelated to the demo and hauling them away for us. Much appreciated! After the work was finished, they also came back and raked the gravel in our side yard that the machines had displaced, and powerwashed the machinery tire tracks off our driveway, leaving no trace from our front yard they had been there. The backyard was another story...our yard was torn up by the machine going back and forth, but they were completely upfront with us that the grass would be destroyed, so we were prepared for it, and it's completely understandable after watching the whole demo take place. All in all, the crew could not have been nicer and they did a great job. If we ever need demo work again, 1st Demo will be the first call I make and I highly recommend them.

I initially wanted a 6 foot wall but Eddie had the common sense and expertise to recommend a taller wall to provide the privacy and separation I was looking for. All the crew were respectful and friendly. When I asked for additional things I was met with "yes of course we can" The finished product is a beautiful wall. You would think you would describe a concrete wall as being beautiful. But it truly is. It matches well with the adjacent wall. They even trimmed the tree limbs , which were huge, from the neighbor's yard that were hanging over into my yard! I would highly recommend this family owned company if you are looking for work done well and in a timely manner with professionalism. Thank you Eddie for a job well done!!!!

Again, Ray and Yanir did excellent work in a short time on a complicated job, I can highly recommend them and Demo Leaders .

I cannot say enough good things about All Haul! When I had to clear out years and years of stuff…read morethat my dad had accumulated, and consolidate two households worth of stuff into one, I knew I needed help. After looking at a bunch of companies and yelp reviews, I was getting more and more concerned that I was going to get ridiculously overcharged and taken advantage of. Luckily, I found All Haul. I've had All Haul out probably 6 times in the last 9 months, because that's how much stuff I had. Each truck load was completely full, each nook and cranny filled, so when I was quoted a price per truck load, I knew I was getting a good deal. All Haul's crew are all very courteous, professional and quick! They would load in an hour what I had spent 2 weeks getting organized. And no matter what I needed to get rid of (old jacuzzi in a weird spot, gigantic satellite dish, old 70's console TVs) the answer was always the same "that's no problem, we'll take care of that". At a time when I just wanted the stuff out of here and didn't want to worry about it, being able to depend on All Haul has been such a relief!

The items taken were not trash--they included sentimental and valuable belongings like bamboo wind chimes from my parents' anniversary trip to Hawaii, beautiful garden ornaments collected over many years, unique Volkswagen collectibles, and so much more. These were not only valuable but irreplaceable. I called Matt in good faith to ask for the items back, and he claimed he would look into it. After that, he completely ghosted us. This experience was heartbreaking for our family and incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this business to anyone, especially if you're trusting them around your property or personal belongings.

Daniel was so kind and helpful - he made the entire process incredibly easy. He was able to get the demo done in a single day and even trimmed down the bar-height pony wall so we could make the counter one height. The crew carefully protected surfaces in the home from dust and debris and cleaned up before they left. When they hauled away the debris, they were nice enough to take a few closet doors leftover from my ongoing renovation. Daniel worked with me to coordinate with other contractor schedules, and he even suggested another contractor to manage plumbing, electrical, and other needed tasks. He turned out to be great, too. TBH, the demo ended up being the easiest part of this whole process. After so many people telling me they wouldn't do stuff, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone say, "Yeah, no problem, I can help you." Daniel and his crew are just fantastic - I only wish they could have installed my kitchen, as well!
