Additionally, the technician left the house unlocked, left lights on throughout the home, and did not leave the bathroom in clean condition. These details raised serious concerns for me about professionalism and respect while working inside a client's home. I documented the scope of work and what was (and wasn't) completed. Next day, I get a text about the room to be done, is it upstairs or downstairs, and the bathroom, is it being done? I'm totally confused, we never spoke about a bathroom and the room is upstairs. I get the quote finally. It's ~$30k more than another quote I got from a 5 star Yelp business. WTH. Looking deeper into the quote, it's talking about terracota tile and grout...we never spoke about that, we spoke what I already have downstairs, which is laminate. They even stated, that's a manufactured piece we can't get anymore but we can get something close to match. Don't always believe Yelp reviews, but I'd believe this one.
