My wife was very concerned about How things would look. She didn't want a lot of tech gear affecting the aesthetics of the house. Jason was understanding and patient. I found Eric on Yelp and he had great reviews although I usually want to see at least 50 great reviews. Eric was very responsive when I messaged him and I made an appointment for the next day. He was running late from his prior appointment and texted me 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Communications were great. Eric showed up and started working on my laptop. He was patient and methodical but my laptop problem was a challenge. Eric asked if I was comfortable taking the laptop to the shop. I felt good about Eric and gave him permission.
