Quality service, safety, honesty…read more This is a fantastic auto mechanic shop - accurate assessment; excellent quality service; and above all, honest mechanics incomparable to any I have known. Both Aman and Mike are competent, first-rate mechanics who do their jobs with rare integrity and customer care. I was referred to M.K.A by a cousin and the first time I went there was to get another opinion on a "supposed" engine oil leak on my Toyota Highlander. Mike carefully diagnosed my car and even went as far as showing me the engine proving that there was no actual leak but just not squeaky clean as my car is over 13 years old - meaning no false repair charges from Darcars and another mechanic at BP gas station where I showed Darscar's repair assessment and charges before coming to M.K.A. I have been taking my car to M.K.A for over a year now for overall maintenance and tire change. Aman has been most excellent and focused on safety, which I truly appreciate. Thank you Mike, Aman and the entire staff - it's wonderful to be in safe hands.

Funny how I can hand off a car and that item is working but when I pick it up it's broken and they swore it wasn't them. They were super fair about the price and diagnosis, no surprises and talked to me in real talk, too. I'm not a big car guy but these guys explained stuff super well. I was in the "waiting room" area a few times and they had a real down to earth way of speaking to people that made it a much less nerve wracking experience, which is gold in itself. I worked with Gonzalo, who was super cool and most def knows the business. Thanks guys, I'm sure I'll see you soon.

They then gave me a very expensive bill for repairs I did not authorize. After they worked on my car, multiple warning lights came on, which were not an issue before I brought the car in. I expected my car to be returned in better condition, not with additional problems. The communication and customer service were very disappointing. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and making sure the shop has your approval before performing any repairs or removing any parts.

As soon as my free warranty services were up from the dealership, I have been taking my car to Caton's Auto Repair. The employees are always incredibly courteous and knowledgeable.
