I originally had an appointment with Just Tires for Tuesday, 12/2. My schedule changed, so I called to see if I could reschedule for Monday, 12/1. I was told there was availability at 3:00 PM, so I arrived at that time. When I walked in, Ruben was at the counter. He greeted me and was friendly at first. I explained that I had been told I could come in a day earlier. As soon as I said this, his whole demeanor changed. There was an awkward silence, so I asked if he needed my information or anything from me. He responded angrily, saying, "You caught me in the middle of something! I can't write you up right now. I'll put you in the line." I then asked whether I should wait at the counter or have a seat. He snapped again and said I could do either. I sat down, and for the next 30 minutes, he never once asked for my name, vehicle information, or anything related to my original appointment. He never let me know when I would be written up or gave any estimate of the wait. During this time, several other customers came in. He greeted them kindly, wrote up tickets for them, and even told one couple he would get them out ASAP. Meanwhile, he continued going in and out of the service area and taking calls without acknowledging me at all. This was my first time trying to do business with Just Tires, and the lack of professionalism and courtesy left a very bad impression. I had no issue with waiting -- the issue was his attitude and complete lack of customer service. I ended up calling another business, who treated me with respect and handled my concerns immediately. Ruben overheard my entire conversation as I was leaving and still didn't attempt to address the situation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return. read more

Highly recommend this location, especially Geo! I had a pretty complex issue with a specific tire and Geo was amazing in helping me resolve it. It took a few weeks but he never gave up and kept me informed throughout the process. On top of that it was his first week! This was my 2nd time here in the last year...one expected and today unexpectedly. Got a notice in my car that my tire was losing air...quickly. Was able to pull in without an appointment and after a few minutes they could check my car out. It was a large metal spike of some sort and left zero chance to be fixed. Stuff happens so whatever. During the shift change I was provided customer service by Joe M. Seriously the man is a saint. Customer service in any capacity is no joke especially when dealing with adults and expensive tires for expensive cars. He handled the front by himself with ease, friendliness, a smile, a sense of humor and smooth efficiency. He had no time to even breathe and made sure everyone knew their spot in line and when they were due for service. He checked in, checked out, processed payment, answered phones, talked to waiting customers, and talked to all his technicians. He was a machine and nobody would deter him from smiling and being calm and cool. Joe is the Ironman of customer service. Lots of people come in to businesses acting rude and demanding things thinking they are the main character. Despite some select people being ignorant Joe is unfazed by their ignorance. It takes a strong man to not get fazed by petty ignorance. I saw him in action. Joe truly is a gem out there and I would not hesitate sending anyone and everyone knowing he will take care of them. Book an appointment for a $30 oil change, I arrive and got told they don't have the oil I need but can use a different oil and the price of that is $80. Maybe if you can see your appointments and don't have something, text your appointment before they drive an hour out to you just so you can up the price. I have been a customer there for years. This is my third vehicle they have serviced and it will be my last once my warranties expire. Service there has continued to go down hill in most recen years. To many young inexper and unprofessional workers or due to the management chan I can't pinpoint the problem. I will have to find a better just tires with a more capa crew. read more

I've been holding off on this review for a while. I was here last month with a friend to get himself new tires and an oil change. I had to be his ride because they were busy and it will take a couple hours to complete according to their associate. We came back after they called us so we can pick up the vehicle and we picked it up and right when we drove off the brakes stopped working. We ended up on Cicero Avenue, thankfully my friend didn't into an accident or worse into an accident. We went back to the store and demanded they fix our brake line because it apparently broke. The staff didn't want no part in it so they told us to come back another day when they manager was here which we did. The manager says that their not responsible because his "vehicle was too old!" which isn't the case because there's tons of old cars still on the road as well maintained as ours. He denied Just Tires for their mistake and we had to fix it ourselves. Thanks for losing a customer, will never return especially when someone like my friend almost suffered because of your crappy service and won't take action for your wrong doing. read more

I've been to half of the Chicagoland locations and this one by far is the worst, I normally love just tires they are a great and a reliably fast company however at this Burbank location there is terrible service and two absolute idiots work the front desk. when I called to make an appointment to get a tire replaced simple easy fix I've gotten this procedure done before, it took 4 phone calls and a total of 6 hours in wait time between two separate visits to finally get serviced. I anticipated good service today being a local commercial establishment for tires. Made an appointment for today at 9am online and left my car at 9:30 after starting to purchase 2 tires. I was informed I person the service would take 3 hours since it's busy. This is a still longer than the estimation online, but I agreed. I was told to expect a phone call upon completion. I dropped my Jeep off here this morning for a slow leak in one of my tires. I was the first person to be helped when they opened. It took them 7.5 hours to get to my jeep. I received no phone call in that 7.5 hours telling me what was wrong with my tire. With the holiday season in full throttle my money was low so I decided to apply for a " just tire"" credit card with 6 months interest free. I was approved and set up an appointment at 8640 S Cicero. Had nothing else comparable to the price point I was interested in. Clerk explained it happens all the time with on line appointments. While his helping a customer in the store, he also has time to answer the phone and going back and forth with telling others customers the issues with their cars and is on point with everyone. Worst experience ever! Wow wow wow. Julio (the said store manager) definitely does not have the people skills commanded in today's automotive industry. I scheduled an online appointment this morning to have a leaky tire inspected, and I scheduled it for 9:30am. I walk in at 9am, an hour after the store has been open, to be serviced by Julio. I say hello and state that I have a 9:30am appointment, and it seems as if Julio did not do his job in inspecting his appointment schedule this morning, so he informs me that there are 9 cars ahead of me with a terribly attitude. I'm 100% a understanding person, being that I've been in his shoes, but the attitude is uncalled for. He went on to state it would be "hours" to have my vehicle inspected and that I wouldn't be able to wait for it. The RIGHT thing to do in a situation like this is to call the customer before their arrival so that they don't wait their valuable time. The worst part is seeing empty bays and a empty parking lot. Just Tires is definitely the place to go if you need any assistance with your tire issues. I had to go there on January 2nd, 2018. The temperature was -8 degrees, which means that the wind chill had to be at least -30 degrees. I caught a flat tire in that cold weather, and I needed a tow truck. My insurance company could not tow me because the tow truck company that they use had telephone issues, which kept anyone from calling them. Thankfully, Just Tires has two tow trucking companies that they use. The tow truck was at my car within 20 minutes of me calling them, they towed me to the Just Tires facility, and, because I had a standing warranty with them, they put a brand new tire on my car for only $40 dollars. Just Tires came through for me when it was freezing cold outside with not only a tire at a good price, but also with a tow truck when I was stranded in that cold weather. The entire staff at Just Tires was very informative and friendly. I definitely recommend going to Just Tires if you have any issues at all with your tires. read more

Needed a tire repaired cuz it had a slow leak, called Just Tires and they told me come in any time...no appointment needed. Good start. Total time took about an hour which is about standard I would say. Price was 34 bucks which is also standard. Still going good. What really impressed me was the inviting attitude of the worker at the front desk, Joe. He was super nice and helpful. On top of this he told me if I happen to need new tires in the next few months I can use the receipt from this repair as a voucher! Strong finish. I would def do business here again. read more

I bought my tires here and have visited a few times since for minor repairs and adjustments. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The place has a tv, coffee and comfy chairs for you to sit at and wait while the work gets done on your car. I will probably purchase my tires from here when my current pair expire. read more

I had my car towed to Just Tires after it was vandalized. I suspected vandalism but wasn't sure until the gentleman from the shop called me to say the tires had jabs/punctures in them. The report also included the damage to the tires so I was able to include it in the police report. The gentleman I spoke to kept the tires and circled where they had been punctured so that I could take pictures to include in the police report. There was a young lady at the desk that was also very kind. Definitely recommend this location for great service! read more

Yesterday I got a flat tire on the way to my daughters gymnastics class. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a tow! I called JUST TIRES and spoke with Bill. I asked if he could fix my situation today. He says " as long as you can get here before I close" I went straight there. Bill was so incredibly nice, welcoming and professional. I really did feel like he cared that I got back on the road quickly! I walked over to Dollar General to waste time and by the time I was finished, my truck was being pulled in front. Every women that walks into this location should not get ripped off or charged for the top oil change. A basic oil change is about $30 so charging someone especially a woman the top $70 oil is out of proportion. There's obviously a price chart given to a walk in and it's available online to view. The staff there should not put words into their customer's mouth of what type of oil change they need without their consent. Incredible service on a chaotic Sunday at Just Tires in Burbank! I came in at 9.05a and already 2-people were already checked in (and 2-people came in after me!), the phone was ringing off the hook. I had a chance to watch Joe, the assistant manager, in action. He was pleasant, kind, and professional in each and every interaction. I just left this place and seriously, I did not think that mounting tires was rocket science. I gambled with your business and it was a Big Mistake! I left this place with three light sensors damaged, my car barely made to my service man-Jacob Auto Repair on 63rd from 87th. Unbelievable, that after buying tires I end up needing my car serviced for the damage done from reckless mounting tires!!!
