I left the car for tire repair but since in the end the tires needed to be replaced and the prices were not competitive [only one tire model available at $150 per tire where I bought my current ones for $115], I decided to look for an alternative. When I got back home I looked at the tire to write down the size/brand/model of the current tires and found that my two front tires were INCORRECTLY INSTALLED after inspection. The tire rotation arrows on the tire are pointing in the wrong direction... Here is the full story: I have used Just Tires in Burbank before and was satisfied, but that was few years ago. I went in for tire repair yesterday, dropped off the car and was told it will be about an hour before they get to it. I came back about 2 hours later to find that the car was not not even looked at yet and once they do it would take another 1.5hrs [to repair 3 tires]. While not too happy about this I still made an appointment for first thing Sunday morning, this time they took it right away called me back soon after to give the bad news that tires need to be replaced. In the end they wasted 4hours of my time and now not only my tires are still in bad shape but they added the fact that these are now installed incorrectly. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the scheduling is disorganized and it looks like their technicians have their heads in the clouds ... read more

I was a customer for a very long time, even before it was Just Tires, when it was Good Year on Southwest Highway in Oak Lawn, but this month they lost me. I had outer tie rods ordered, but when I came in for my appointment, the tie rods weren't there. I told John that I didn't receive a call alerting me of the situation, and asked for a Manager. He said they don't have a Manager. I asked for a District Manager. He said he didn't know his contact information. Me: Please find out. John: I'm kind of busy right now. Me: Oh, really? Went there today Sun 6/23 to make an appointment to purchase 4 new tires. Guy at the counter was helping a customer so I took a seat to wait my turn. Just when they were finishing up, another customer walks in and the sales clerk greets him and proceeds to help him as if I'm not even there. Do NOT allow Just Tires to do any more than sell tires (and it possible should not do that). The mechanics there are apparently unable to check the oil level after performing an oil change. I had my oil change at this brain-stem deficient establishment only to learn of the problem identified above. Overfilling the engine oil can result in the extra oil being forced out through the piston seals and rings as the vehicle runs. This creates "blow-by," which has the potential to coat your engine in oil. As the oil burns off, noxious fumes and gases are released. This can create a fire hazard if enough oil accumulates on the outside of the engine. The excess oil can become oxygenated and assume a foamy quality. Oil mixed with air does not lubricate as effectively and tends to cause overheating as well as damage to the engine's moving parts. The vehicle may experience loss of oil pressure because aerated oil is difficult for the oil pump to process. DO NOT allow Just Tires to service your vehicle unless you plan to sell the car or end your life. read more

I came to Just Tires about a year ago probably a little less. I would have to look at the receipt which I still have. I paid almost 100.00 to have a tire valve replaced on my tire since I have a sensor valve which they didn't tell me until it was done so I had to pay for the work that was done, I was told good news is we changed the valve and they are usually 3.00 bad news is your truck has a sensor valve so yours cost 78.00 plus tax and labor. They had to take the tire off and replace it, they also rotated my tires. I know when you rotate you go back to front not left and right. I went today to get new tires put on my truck and I had to pay an extra 160.00 because when they put the tire back on they decided to break the lug nuts and power tool them back on crooked which broke the caps bolts and screws so the new place had to break them off and replace them. Also when I got the tire valve it was the back right tire and the broken nuts with the new valve is on the back left probably why my front tires were about to burst since they weren't rotated right. This is the only place I have been to and I have the paperwork to prove it. So thank you so much for costing me an extra 160.00 for new tires. I wish I could give negative stars. read more

This was my first visit. I just needed an oil change but I saw online that they do a tire rotation with the oil change. Perfect. I had to pick up a friend at the airport that evening anyway so I scheduled an appointment a couple hours before I had to be at Midway. It is convenient that Just Tires are a couple miles south on Cicero. I brought my car in at the scheduled time. As I walked in, there were a good number of people in the waiting area. I was a little worried because I've had bad experiences in the past in terms of time. I thought to myself, "Uh oh, this might take longer than what I anticipated." The clerk, Joe, helped me and I told him what I needed and he said it would be about an hour. I walked down the street to the "Market Place" and browsed the stores just to kill time. i got a call 45 minutes later saying my car was ready. It was sooner than what they told me which is a nice surprise. When I got back, Joe went over the invoice with me and told me what they did. There were no surprises. Everything went smooth. The staff was very courteous and professional. I will definitely be back for my car's next service. Good job guys! read more

I have been to this location several times through the years. From Tire purchases, Flat repairs, and today 6/8/2015 for an Oil Change. I think these guys are great. They are ALWAYS courteous, professional, friendly and I never leave feeling disappointed. Any business like this is going to have a short wait time depending on the service you need. Bought a brand new set of Goodyear Weather Ready tires a year ago. Purchased tire protection/insurance, an additional $25 per tire, for each tire. Recently had a tire replaced 2 weeks due too the tire being unrepairable. Gave me a new tire at no cost but charged me $25 for tire protection/insurance on the "new" tire. A week later the new tire was loosing air. Brought car back into Just Tires and waited almost 3 hours. Apparently the tires valve was leaking. They replaced without charge. Today the same problem. Brought back into Just Tires and waited another hour and a half. Advised, once again, valve was leaking. Told the valve wasn't sealing with the tire sensor. Counter rep tells me they're going to replace a new valve along with a new sensor. But for all my troubles he'd only charge me half price ($48) for the new sensor. After firmly telling the rep that they should & would fix the tire for no cost. Sorta mentioned small claims court in my conversation. The rep finally advised they will not charge me. Talk about trying too nickel and dime people? Why did I pay for hazard/insurance in the first place. read more
