A comment about parking: if you're using GPS, it will direct you to the address on Main St. No parking there (maybe other side of the road, I don't recall). If you're coming through High St on the divided lanes, go through the light at Main. Turn right onto S Wolf St. There's a little sign maybe 100 ft. in. The entrance is in back--you'll have to ring a bell. But don't let the unimposing nature of the facilities put you off. He'll do excellent work. P.S. Some reviews below complain about Mr. Thompson's gruff nature. True, but again, don't let it put you off. Once it's clear that you have a real problem and are serious about getting it fixed--he's professional and straightforward.

The device was more broken then when I left it with him. A broken trigger and all of the screws missing from the back plate and the heat sink removed from the cpu. Now I can't take it elsewhere to get it fixed because he basically destroyed it. And then had the audacity to say well I'm not going you any money.
