Andrew Pulaski always identifies the problem and solution because he's on the pulse of computing technologies. I've never presented him with a computer issue that he couldn't fix. Besides general computer maintenance, he's an expert at removing virus and malware, social networking, translating techno-babble into English, smartphones and tablets, Apple products, setting up your home theater, advising smart technology purchases, firewalls and encryption, website building, and even contracting for small business IT support. The only reason I was "angry" is because he spoke to me like I was an idiot, claimed he did nothing wrong, claimed 60 degrees celsius was normal, and generally avoided accountability. He has also failed to communicate properly, saying he'd get back to me and never texting back, then becoming passive aggressive when I checked in. Additionally, he searched for my new CPU on Amazon, rather than using Newegg or any other dedicated parts search, and ordered a CPU that would be completely incompatible with my system AND the motherboard he had ordered. If I hadn't caught the incompatibility, I might still be without my PC. Again, I had no issue with the fact that a mistake occurred. In fact I would have been gracious had accountability been taken. It was his communication over the phone on Sunday that led me to take matters into my own hands. No matter who discovered the issue, Compucare Technical Services was blatantly unprofessional and frankly frustrating to deal with on multiple occasions. Additionally, he tried to offer me $100 cash when I said I would be changing my review this morning. And the agreement referenced in his reply states that I must allow them opportunity to rectify the issue before issuing a *credit card chargeback,* which has not happened. CTS has yet again contacted me, despite me specifically asking him not to, and continued to berate me as a result of my review of my bad experience. The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

This sits in a nice plaza and was rather large on the inside. One of the biggest locations I have been in for a while. I did come across one thing that caught my eye, but I didn't have the time to waste to see if it worked. I came across a VCR and was kind of stoked about it. I picked it up and was going to try and test it out, but there was no outlets around to even plug it in to see if it worked. When I looked on the back of the VCR it was nearly a relic. It was an older model that used RCA jacks, not even sure my tv has the hookups at that point. Finding nothing else of interest, I was on my way.

Our POD was delivered on schedule to the Middletown location (actually a day earlier than the estimate I was given). I called ahead a few days ago to ask if I could access the contents of my POD and was able to schedule it later in the week to go retrieve my items. At least for this location, the PODs can be accessed between 8am-3pm. When you arrive, you can call the number on the front door and someone will come help move your POD storage box outside with a lil truck--just make sure you bring your key! The manager (whose name I believe was Jim) was super helpful the day my dad and I tried to access my POD. We struggled to open up the pull gate (some furniture had moved in transit and jammed the door) and Jim helped us even push the box open and troubleshoot. Moving is extremely painful, so we were super grateful for his help!

Do not rent a POD from this company. They do not tell you the full cost when you rent it, or the…read morecost of moving it, then picking it up. There dates for pick up are not when you need it moved, only when they say they can move it. Until then you live without any of your belongings. Of course you will be charged if it goes over the 30 days. So that is another 30 days rent they want from you. I finally gave up and rented a U-Haul for 1/8th the cost of the POD and had it for 2 days. I will never deal with them for any reason due to this experience.
