I have a real issue with greed and when I called their direct number for a delivery 212-244-1111... the salad was $14 but it turned into $26. They add on a delivery free (it's not FREE DELIVERY like most places)First of all it's not a free delivery like most places) AND a service fee. Their food is expensive enough without gouging you with these additional fees. This day and age we live in has greed in the Forefront. It's really shameful. IT'S ENOUGH ALREADY! This place would get a five star easily if the portion sizes were OK. As you can see in my bowl, barely 1/3 of the bowl was full. Now, the staff are friendly, the restaurant is incredibly clean, the service is quick, and the food is really delicious. When I want to have a lighter meal, this is the place I want to go to as they have fresh ingredients, tasty and healthy options, and a variety of unique and flavorful sauces. if i could give a 0 star, i would have. of all the just salad locations, harlem 125th is the worst. their staff constantly misses important order notes, frequently uses less-than-fresh ingredients and ALWAYS delivers half-sized portions when ordering full-sized salads. ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by ordering more than once on different days of the week, but it is always the same sub-par experience with this staff and store. when a chicken caesar salad costs $14, it should at least fill the bowl it comes in or match the portion sizes of the same salad offered at other locations. get your money's worth by ordering from a different location. read more

Long story short, avoid this location; it's a gamble if they get any part of your order correct. My wife and i have ordered from here multiple times, and there's always something they miss. Usually it's nothing serious, but this time was like it was someone's last day and did whatever they felt like. I went to the Harlem Location on Sunday afternoon and a young lady named Shyanne helped me, not only did she have great customer service she was so patient with me.. Couldn't decide if wanted cucumbers or tomatoes in my build my own. That's when she told me about the reusable bowl so I got both of the toppings! I've betel coming here for two years straight and I'm so happily with the service here. The place is nice and clean and the food is amazing.

My family routinely enjoys just salad, but customer service seems to have hit a new low with this company. They seem to hate families. They have a policy that if my family isn't present, I can't order from their children's menu for my 10 yr old. That seems to make sense?! The response from the workers is that if you don't like the policy, just leave. To the owners of Just Salad, it's hard raising a family and it's expensive. Having policies like this, which then forces me to pay more for extra food that my child can't possibly finish, is ass backwards and lacks any sort of understanding of one of your regular demographics that routinely comes to your restaurant. Picking up food for your family is a part of life, especially after a busy day, and it's clear your company hasn't considered any of the above. read more

Okay. I was really excited to have a salad place in Harlem. I love some of the other places downtown that have popped up. But this place needs some work. 1. Most of the menu salads are heavy on kale and cabbage. Not great for a lot of folks. 2. Only one substitution. I was allergic to avocado AND almonds. Only could replace 1 item. 3. Most items are crunchy crunchy crunchy. Anyone with sensitive dental work skip this place entirely. I'm glad to have it, but I would like a make your own option. read more
